Great location! Near museums, entertainment venues, sports, restaurants, and everything else is just a light rail ride away which is located right outside the hotel. Breakfast was good but the hours of service are not adhered to (usually stops early). Mellow lobby bar with food service with plenty of seats. There is a Pool table in the lobby, but no Hotel pool. Breakfast hours, no pool, a bit outdated.

Centrally located and very easy to get on/off the freeway. Good amenities. We had two of our coffee condiment packages that were already opened when we got into the room. Also there was a hand towel that was obviously used.

Parking, they charge a 45 dls. And they sold that same spot don't know how many times. And the solution for them it's telling you can look up for a parking across street.

Nice and clean The Ac did not work on my room and there was no accommodation for me and my family had to stay in that room where it was stuffy n hot had a restless night along with my family

All I’m saying is this is the only spot I will stay when going to SJ.

We loved our stay room was very clean and everyone was friendly. We will definitely be back.

The breakfast was wonderful. Staff was incredibly consumer centric. Elevator was broken. No access to stairs to get to rooms. There is a charge for every little thing. Most hotel stays will give you complementary late checkout but here when you add in $50 per hour, you might as well have stayed in a more upscale hotel. After all fees are assessed you end up paying the same amount for hiring places.
