Inn at Santa Fe, SureStay Collection by Best Western

The room was clean and pretty nice. It only had a shower, but was adequate. The space to hang clothes was a bit cramped, but ok. The most trying thing was that the room key took several tries to work each time. A bit frustrating. The breakfast had good eggs and sausage. I would stay here again.

Our room was alright. It was clean. The reason for this review was because the rest rooms in the lobby were not clean at all. The person behind the counter was not very friendly. I would not close the door on this motel because maybe they were just having an off day.

It was clean great breakfast The first man that was at the hotel was very rude even though I was there to see if our room is ready. It was kind of an early check-in, very rude. The rest of the staff at the front desk was really nice once I actually checked and it was a different man when I checked out another different person but very nice.

The hotel location is okay, 30 minutes drive to Santa Fe old town and close to a lot of restaurants. The front desk and the housekeeping look like they are so tired of working there, no "hello" or even a smile. The room is very small and you can hear the people talking all the time. The worst part is the air conditioning unit, it was making noises all night long and we could not sleep at all.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good in the morning. Hotel close to airport and centrally located for all activities we did. There would be better/closer choices if you limited your stay to downtown Santa Fe. One suggestion for improvement is the hotel does not provide daily housekeeping. We stayed 4 nights and room was not stocked with enough towels for 4 nights. Very pleased with stay.

This hotel is old. It’s really hard to tell if things are clean because they are so shabby. Handle in the shower was barely hanging on. Shower floor was warped and literally moved under one’s feet. The internet was beyond slow.

the room with one queen bed and refrigerator was very tight with small and dated shower and bath sink was open to the room and not separate with door. the carpet was spotted and some of the wallpaper was peeling. breakfast as just okay.....

The location had easy access to I25 and to Cerillos Rd. The breakfast was excellent!

The breakfast was wonderful especially great eggs, choice of muffins. Staff was very accommodating whenever I had a request or question. Perfect for my week-long stay. Nothing really.

The staff was friendly. The room was clean. The location is great; just far enough outside of town to keep one out of city traffic. As well, great breakfast!
