Hampton Inn & Suites Savannah/Midtown

I went to the front desk and reported that the room hadn't been cleaned. The staff simply handed me two sets of towels and three bags to collect the old ones—nothing more. I was really upset. This was probably my sixth or seventh stay at this hotel for the last 10 years, and I had never experienced anything like this before. Also, the front desk didn't bother keeping coffee available in the lobby, which was very unusual for this property. Although the hotel is nicely renovated, it needs better staff management; otherwise, I won't be staying here again.

The breakfast was great and hotel is very clean. They need to fix the broken elevator in parking garage and fix all the lights that do not work in the garage as well. The hotel itself is great but parking situation was bad so I would not stay there again because of this

Very clean The air conditioning was only able to go to 65 and it did not feel like 65. I tried calling the front desk and no one answered.

The staff from top to bottom was helpful with our stay. We can't say enough on how helpful they were.

Your hotel is located close to several things we need, so we stay regularly when in Savannah. The staff is helpful and friendly and the quality is consistent.

Good location in Savannah southside. Convenient to local hospitals, shopping mall and a good selection of restaurants. the only issue we had was the parking garage elevator was broken when we visited. Plenty of parking on the 1st floor.

Although there is a $7/day parking charge, it is in an easily accessible garage, no gates.

breakfast not that great, but I get it, you can't have the best pancake/waffle mix at a Hampton Inn. the orange juice was not good either; did not provide free cookies like most Hamptons do ; (

Very clean $25 a day incidental fee was a surprise...not mentioned in the confirmation emails. Room rate, taxes and parking noted, but incidental fee was definitely a surprise.

My experience was very good. It was quiet and I felt safe. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

It was an odd experience. We were to have 2 nights . The confirmation came back 1 night. Only available I paid insurance but could not cancel the room because I would have lost my money . I had to do a second night through Hampton Inn separately. After we got there the person at the desk helped us get a second night in the same room . My daughter and I were there for a funeral . No time to change rooms as it was at 10 in the morning
