Great hotel! The only negative thing I can think of was the pool was inside instead of outside

I like the location and cleanliness I got the wrong room. I booked king bed with extra pay but i got a queen bed. We struggle to adjust on queen bed with a baby.

The room was clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast good and Lasoina Thomas. She was a great cook, kept the food stack and very helpful and friendly.

Very good

The staff is wonderful but the shabby patio area was disappointing - only 1 table and 2 chairs with a beautiful grill that doesn’t work - as was the breakfast which is more of a continental than a full buffet. We would’ve appreciated some potatoes or a starch as well as a loaf of bread for toast.

I've been to many Marriott hotels and out of all of them, one of my favorites is the Residence Inn, so I have frequented many, but when I visited this particular one, I was very disappointed. When I selected the room online, it showed a 2-bedroom suite with 2 beds in each room and an indoor and outdoor pool. This was 2 of the main reasons I booked at this hotel. When we got there, they said they don't have any 2-bedroom suites with double beds in the room. Then the pool was not operational, In addition to my disappointment, The room was not clean, there were chips and stuff under the sofa bed and the refrigerator was dirty and still had stuff in it and the sofa bed still had sheets and the blanket on it after pulling it out.

The rooms are starting to show some wear. Nothing horrible but it's noticeable. My biggest gripe is that the pool was closed the entire time we were there. I never would have booked this hotel if I had of known the pool was closed. Feel kinda ripped off.

The staff was amazing and understanding, truly worth the stay. The room and kitchen are so nice. The only issue was that when we arrived the floor had dirt, hair, and debris everywhere. I had to borrow a vacuum and vacuum the entire floor.

The staff were excellent. But the property was old, the dishwasher and food disposal wasn’t working. The hotel is pet friendly, but the rooms don’t seem too prepared to be pet friendly. For example there are big gaps are holes between the mattress and the box frame, which I had to block used towels and blankets to make sure the pets don’t go in or get stuck.

The lobby of the hotel is a bit small. The pool was closed during our stay.

The breakfast was a good one. Plenty of things the family liked. The lobby of the hotel is a bit small. The pool was closed during our stay.

It was convenient to be in the midtown area and we enjoyed the ensuite kitchen When checking in the staff was very dismissive. I paid and reserved for a king room but was given a queen. The entire first floor of the hotel smelled like mildew, when walking toward room 103 you could see a room they constantly had open full of storage. But the room exuded the mildew smell so strongly that you could smell it through the hallways and see while mold growing on the carpet in its doorway. I genuinely wish I had taken a picture to show other because we will never be coming back to this location. I've never had issues with a Marriot hotel and I never leave bad reviews but this place needs some heavy work and inspection.......

Only issue we had was the pool was closed during our stay and our bedroom door didn't open very well. We had to fully push the door open bc it was kind stuck. When we closed the door we had to triple check each time bc it seemed like it was open. N next time we have to ask for a room with a bigger shower. It seems kinda small.
