An overall nice place to stay & convenient place

The property is clean and well-maintained. All the staff were super helpful and nice.

I liked the location, value for the money, ease of access, the view, the amenities, and especially, the breakfast. I have no suggestions for improvement.

This is the only place I stay when I visit Savannah. I travel a lot and the staff here are of the nicest people I have ever met. The complimentary breakfast is delicious, the facilities are extremely clean and the rooftop bar/pool area is amazing. Location is hands down the best in my opinion if you want easy access to River Street.

The stay was Extraordinary, from check in to check out! The Staff was Extremely friendly especially the Staff at the Breakfast Lounge We WILL be returning and I will make sure I spread my Experience with Family and Friends and encourage them to book here!

The complementary breakfast was mediocre for the price you pay to stay,It gets the job done but it’s not great. Wi-Fi is not great, but gets the job done as well.

The front desk was very helpful! The bartender was rude.

Southern hospitality at its best! The staff here were amazing! Everyone was helpful, kind & went out of their way to put a smile on our faces. The breakfast crew of Tashell, Tee Tee & Yarlin were fantastic! Food was quite good, grits were perfect (says this northerner) & their attentiveness was spot on. If you needed something they were right there to deliver. I think they only complaint we had was the pool was more like a hot tub but, put a pool on a roof top in Savannah, you're going to have that. All in all, it was a good stay & we would definitely stay here again!! Thank you to all the employees here!!!

The valet is overpriced at $50. There is a public parking facility diagonal from the property. We had an issue with the valet, we checked out at 9 and left. We were in St. Augustine Florida that same afternoon when the charges came through for $78. Why? Because they did not check my car out of their system until 135pm which is after the 1pm time they have for it to be checked out. I tried a chat with the valet company from their website---waste of time they take at least 5 days to get back to you. I called the hotel and talked with the front desk they said they would send all the information to the valet and they would get back to me the following day. No response, finally I did a chat with the hotel through expedia.com and they refunded the money. Too much work to get money they basically stole from me. Finally got it refunded back to my CC.

Room smelled . There was no welcome notes or anything like that. Only given three towels for two people to use . Beds uncomfortable. Subpar to other Hilton properties I have stayed in

Location on the riverfront, Walkability, roof top amenities, engaging staff. Great breakfast selection and efficiency. Had a full sized fridge and kitchenette for snacks and meal prep if needed. Parking added $40 per day to the stay. $50 if you used valet
