Kimpton Brice Hotel by IHG

Beautiful lobby area and courtyard. A large restaurant and bar area, but unfortunately the hours of operation make them only partially useful. A lovely pool, no bar or food service, and limited seating.

Loved this Pet-Friendly hotel that made us feel so welcome the moment the Kind Valets held the door open for us to the Wonderful Staff graciously offering guidance for a super fun stay in Savannah. The room was clean, had lovely white towels and bedding, and delicious smelling toiletries in the shower. I will definitely stay here again with our doggie, especially after enjoying their beautiful courtyard with the complimentary wine served in the afternoon. Oh and it was so well located that even though it’s so close to the touristy areas, it was still quiet and relaxing with a lovely square to walk around.

This is a return visit to the property. Its location is perfect and staff always welcoming. Added bonus is meeting all the dogs visiting too! This visit, my breakfast was included which is a great bonus. Pacci’s breakfast is always on point We encountered some mold on the ceiling of our bathroom. It was addressed, cleaned by maintenance and Adina at the front desk moved us to a new room which was very helpful. The front desk is very attentive to guests’ concerns.

The courtyard is lovely. Not to mention the evening wine HH. And the pool is delightful!

That it was animal friendly and the staff was kind We had mold on our ceiling. Everything was worn out, old, wet and warped looking, and dirty looking. Needed updating badly.

Cable TV not working during our stay. Watch your bill. They overcharged me +$100

Exceptional

there were too many dogs allowed. one even put his paws on the coffee bar. otherwise things went well.

But Parking rates are Outrageous at $54 dollars a day to park the car is not acceptable. Parking on the street tops $20 a day and free on Sundays. Other parking lots within 7 minutes also tops $24.

Older building that is in pretty good shape. The staff is awesome and the rooms are clean. Valet parking at $52 a night is the only real option. This hotel is very pet friendly. We did not bring pets but dogs were everywhere. Easy walk to the waterfront.

Nice hotel but lots of dogs. We heard barking in our room. Just weren’t expecting that but it’s a nice Kimpton and we enjoyed the pool.

My card got charged multiple times on accident, have to wait to see if they fall off. The TV options were horrible, no streaming/on demand and the half of the channels were unavailable when we would click them. The pool was always out of towels.

The Kimpton is our home away from home 🏠 We absolutely love this hotel 🏨

Great staff, very clean and wonderful location.

Room clean! Amenities ok! But room service was bad! Ordered hot water and cups order never came! No laundry services! But everything else was good! Location great!

Dogs everywhere. Dog barking in room next to us early each morning. Rugs dirty throughout the property. No maid service or fresh towels our last two days. We have stayed here multiple times and each year it has gone down. Won’t stay here again. Too bad as great location but place needs a clean up and keep your dogs home

Rooms were good location was great, staff was sweet and helpful for the most part (excluding manager at the restaurant) They charge a 30 dollar destination fee that includes 20 dollars credit which can be used at the restaurant. We were eating outside of the hotel so stopped in to get coffee one morning to spend that credit. The manager was very rude, they only had one wait staff who had to wait on all the tables and make us lattes and it seemed very understaffed. She told us “only lattes” because she probably wasn’t used to making espresso drinks. As I was waiting on the lattes a roach crawled out on the chair next to me!

Great hotel in Savannah. Friendly check-in and out. Valet was great. Clean and pet friendly hotel was perfect for overnight stay.

Another wonderful stay at the Brice Kimpton. It doesn’t make sense to stay anywhere else when traveling with pets. Staff is so helpful and friendly. The amenities are terrific and the sitting spaces are inviting. Will definitely be returning.
