Spark by Hilton Savannah Airport

Everything was great

Breakfast was hopeless, they did not have the basic pancakes or waffles or scrambled eggs. Coffee was cheap and cold, there was no choice of decaf coffee. There was a place where there was some fruit, apples were old and two of them were completely rotten. I took them out and I keep kept on taking more and more rotten apples out over next three days. They had oranges which had either fungus on them or the other ones did not taste good at all. They looked cheap. In the breakfast area, I asked the lady if we can have bananas, she looked at me, stared at me and then went inside and brought some bananas out. There was no microwave in the rooms or in the breakfast area. There was one microwave by front office that was for everybody who needs it. I have no idea why this hotel is a Hilton hotel Housekeeping, was the best part of the hotel.

Arrived for check-in and waited almost 15 minutes for a staff member to come back to the desk. They were nowhere to be found. The morning staff in the breakfast area were very rude.

No coffee! No coffee maker in the room or made at the breakfast bar before 6 am

On the positive side, the hotel was bright and bustling at 9AM, and every interaction I had with the staff was very positive.

Two AC outlets in whole room, none by bed. Cheap and sparse furniture. Airport shuttle never showed though we had reserved it three days earlier. TV hard to program and one didnt work without clerk cooming to fix it. Really a substandard place for Hilton honors members

Clean large room and it smelled great. Walls are a little thin but overall the hotel is clean and comfy.

I enjoyed my time at Sparks Hotel. My hotel room was clean. Staff was helpful and professional.

Spark is kind of a bare bones model which was fine for one night. The TV didn't work and I had checked in kind of late so I just didn't watch TV. There is no coffee maker in the room. The breakfast offerings were nice though.

I would not recommend staying at the Spark by Hilton Savannah Airport. The hotel is in very poor condition. The wallpaper is peeling off the walls, the floors are dirty and so sticky that you don’t even want to walk on them barefoot, and the overall cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. The pool was also disappointing. The water looked gray and uninviting, so we didn’t feel comfortable spending much time there. The biggest issue, however, was the customer service. The front desk employee who wears a head wrap was consistently unhelpful and unprofessional. At check-in, she told me I was going to be charged for two rooms, even though I had canceled the second room a week before my arrival. That mistake caused unnecessary stress. Throughout our stay, every interaction with her was frustrating. Whenever I approached the front desk, she would ignore me for several minutes before finally asking, “You need something?” despite clearly seeing me standing there. It felt like guests were an inconvenience. I requested a luggage cart, but the carts were broken. I asked for extra towels and was refused. Housekeeping never serviced our room during our stay, despite us expecting basic cleaning and fresh towels. Between the poor condition of the property, the lack of cleanliness, the broken equipment, the disappointing pool, and the consistently poor customer service, this was not a pleasant experience. There are much better hotel options in the Savannah airport area, and I would choose one of those instead.

The hotel was very clean and so was our room . Bathrooms are hard but again super clean . Bed was very comfortable and linens where very nice , Breakfast as good

The front desk manager was sooo kind and helpful during my stay!!! I had a late flight and she
