Location was great. We were close to liberty street which had lots of good places and good walk ability. The check in staff was always super welcoming and overall comfort Cleanliness of rooms and overall upkeep and maintenance of ac units

The location was good. They advertised breakfast, at a extra cost, on site. There was no food at all on site! I would have made other arrangements to at least have brought something. I paid for the valet parking and was terribly disappointed at its service.

I liked the location and ease of walking to popular spots I didn’t enjoy the cleanliness level or the fact that there wasn’t a fan in the bathroom

Comfortable beds Quiet location No breakfast option Our first room had a wet floor all-around the toilet. Opened refrigerator door to remove items to transfer to our new room and inside door bracket broke off the mini frig and we lost a $20 bottle of unopened wine. In our second room, the hot water faucet handle broke off in our hand. Then the sink stopper broke off the next morning. .

Modern no frills hotel with young staffing & valet service. Door locks on first floor rooms were sketchy and needed encouragement to fully close & be secure. Valet service very helpful! Some hotel staffing were more involved with their cell phones than customer service or awareness! Close walking distance to major events and restaurants.

It was convenient for our stay. Parking garage across the street was a better deal than the valet parking at the hotel. The walk to the riverside was about 20 min. Easy to access and exit from the highway to get to the hotel.The tub was older and needed updating but the room was clean and satisfactory. Bed was comfortable

The room was clean. Most common areas were clean but the hallway smelled musty and very funky. The valet is a great added touch..All of the staff were very friendly.

This was the perfect hotel for our anniversary trip. It is located in the middle of town between all the famous attractions to see. We walked everywhere and had no problems. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room was clean. They could use some upgrades. The staff was very friendly. The valet people were very nice. We joked around and laughed. They were very helpful. I think it would be helpful to have a small table in the rooms. We like playing cards when we didn't have anything planned, and didn't have anything we could play on. Although they did have tables down in the lobby which was nice!

No breakfast as advertised & parking was expensive

It's an okay stay. It's affordable so you get what you pay for, amenities wise. The bed is comfy and the room was clean. Staff was nice enough.

We liked how close we were to the squares and downtown.
