Great hotel willl stay again

The forced/sneaky/hidden “gratuities” are offputting. Check your bill. If you use the minibar they add a “gratuity” on top of the price. Gratuity for what? I picked up the item and poured it myself. I’m not going to “tip” when there’s no service.

Everything is clean and neat and nice. Restaurants are excellent. Rooftop bar is always fun. Convenient to grab coffee and breakfast items and eat there or go to room.

Its in a great location, great staff very helpful and so nice. Very clean and great restaurants

It was really nice. Felt very luxurious. Great location. Close to everything. Amenities were very nice as well

Had to check out early and couldn’t get refund back from Hotel or Expedia

Terrible experience. I paid over $1200 plus resort fee and other charges for a property that is not maintained, HVAC problems which did not get resolved, nobody to answer calls made to front desk, security issues from rambunctious people in the hotel attempting to intimidate paying hotels guest with no response from management or security or lack there of. I have given this property numerous attempts but not ever again. NOT A GOOD VALUE FOR $1200 per night IN FACT WHAT A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!NOT SAFE THERE

Wolf on the 7th floor was the highlite. Amazing

The staff was friendly, welcoming, and provided great customer service throughout our stay. They helped make my daughter’s birthday getaway feel even more special. 🎉🥂 We truly enjoyed ourselves and felt comfortable during our entire stay. I would definitely recommend this resort to others, and we will absolutely be back! ❤️

Upscale hotel in an ideal location to shopping and restaurants. The onsite restaurants were exceptional. The 7th floor pool deck has gorgeous views although the staff in that area were overworked. Nice fitness facility as well. My favorite part was the design of the shower in the room with glass facing the bed area. Really cool design!

Our room had short hairs stuck to our shower wall all around, which made me think the room wasn’t cleaned prior. Staff was amazing!

Stayed for a solo trip for my birthday. Hotel was quiet, I stayed mid week. Location is perfect. Mall is literally less than 50 feet from the hotel entrance. The room was oK as far as the design. This was a last minute change so I just took it for what it was.

I'll definitely be back.

You walk in and you’re hit with a pleasant fragrance. Upon entry, we were greeted by a friendly, helpful staff. We had Wolf for dinner and had a very enjoyable dining experience. This hotel is right by an upscale mall and other lively restaurants. Chilling by the pool was also fun. The bar made me good drinks. I had breakfast in the small cafe and that was also enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Scottsdale.

Beautiful hotel! Smells wonderful and staff is amazing! We were there for vacation for 6 days and hated to leave. Can’t forget to mention it’s across the driveway from a very high end mall and wonderful restaurants.

Exquisite hotel/ clean/ spacious rooms. Attentive staff/ fabulous location near mall and restaurants and fine dining. Blake was amazing and kind and drive us in golf cart to our dinner reservations close by. We loved our stay and Will absolutely return❤️Wolf restaurant by vanderpump was incredible. Pastries and best coffee located within hotel. Both pools were popping with people/ vibe and music.

This hotel is gorgeous! Lobby is beautiful. Rooms had great views! And location was perfect.

I wish I could remember the staffs(women) name but she was extremely dismissive.
