The only thing that is not five stars for me is the Canal club. Very cute atmosphere but the actual food quality is just ok. If they could nail that, it would be perfect.

I loved everything about the property . The property itself was beautiful and clean . The staff was friendly and helpful. My room was beautiful and the bed was comfy.

My husband booked this hotel for my birthday and it was such an amazing experience. The room was so nice and cozy! The pool was really relaxing also. Would stay again!

Shower was like a lake, they never fixed it and the room smelled. We had to take a shower in standing water. We were disappointed in how they reacted and how nothing was done or we were not called back. I would stay away from here!

The rooms I was assigned had an absolutely awful odor. It was like a sewage stench that made me gag, so I requested a new room immediately after walking into the first one I was given. They moved me right away. Second room in a different building had the same smell, only less intense. It did not dissipate over the course of my stay. Debated about going to a different resort but my reservation was prepaid so I knew I would not get money back. Someone I assume was a manager comped me tacos once for the inconvenience. Other than that issue, it was a good stay. Pools were nice, staff were good, bed and seating in room were super comfortable. Food and drinks were good, nothing great. Got ignored a lot by poolside servers so had to go to the bar for ordering - going to the bar was not a big deal but didn’t appreciate when servers just walked by and only approached certain guests. I don’t think I’d stay here again.

Overall, I’d give The Scott 3/5 stars. Check-in was great, the lobby is beautiful, and our room was lovely. However, we specifically chose the resort for its cocktail menu, especially the piña colada with a dark rum float, only to learn they lacked the ingredients. That was very disappointing, especially given the resort’s elevated and expensive cocktail program. The nearly $70 resort fee for one Monday night also felt excessive. While there’s a lot to like, the overall value was underwhelming.

One of my absolute favorite hotels. Love the vibe, attention to detail, room decor, size, amenities, shuttle service is fantastic!, friendly staff, grounds were well kept and had so many options to hang out, play for adults and kids. Can’t speak highly enough!

The room and grounds are just as presented online! From the moment you step foot onsite you are catered to.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was cleaned to my liking, and I am a very tidy person. Housekeeping frequently stopped by to see if I needed anything. The resort decor was breathtakingly stunning, and the lobby smelled amazing and very picturesque. Sleepless morning so I decided to take pictures around 3am while everyone slept. Great ideal. Had purple hash browns for breakfast. Yuck.

Poolside wait staff ignored the sandy beach side of the pool. Had to ask twice for someone to come take my order.
