The only complaint I have is the music/radio was so loud in the lobby, at check-in and out, I had trouble hearing the desk person. Also, other times during the stay.

The humidity inside the hotel was unbearable. Our bedsheets felt damp when we layed down and the air was just heavy. The breakfast room was so hot and humid that we had to eat out in the lobby for better temp and airflow. We visit Searcy often, but I will not be going back here again.

Stayed here during a lectureship at nearby Harding University. The hotel is a tad bit dated but not bad. Friendly staff, clean rooms and really good breakfast, including a coffee machine that makes cappuccinos and really good coffee overall. I had an extra large room on the third floor that must have been handicapped-accessible, maybe? Really liked it. There's only one elevator and it's a bit slow, but I was close to a stairwell that went down to floor 1 and opened directly into the breakfast nook, so that was handy. Wifi seemed to go on and off a bit, but not bad.

Yogurt ran out Saturday am, it was the usual hotel breakfast . Air conditioning worked well Faucet leaks in the sink. Noisy stompers above us.

The staff is very friendly, and they have complimentary toothpaste in case you forget yours like I did! The hotel itself is a bit dated and there are a few cosmetic issues that could be fixed but overall it was a good stay for the one night we needed it for. The price was not bad either.

Was hoping for a ground floor room since I was traveling with my dog and I’m on oxygen. Instead I was on the third floor. I was close to the elevator so that was helpful. However I noticed I was the only person parked in the handicapped parking spaces. Not that means anything. How ever I also know many hotels reserve ground floor rooms for corporate accounts

Great staff, clean room, pool was awesome, breakfast was better! Only thing I didn't like were the pillows. They were extremely small and had no support. Other than that the bed was super comfy!

Good location. Easy to get to. Well lit parking area Many places to eat close by. TV service is DirecTV which has a wide variety of entertainment suitable for a wide range of programming. Would me nice to have fresh coffee in the lobby accessible. Coffee in the rooms is terrible.
