The cards to our room deactivated every day that we were there and we had to go downstairs and get both of them reactivated on Friday, Saturday and Sunday-when I went on Friday there was a note that said be back soon. I waited 30 minutes and the person showed up activated my cards and never apologize for the wait , the next day there’s a lady mopping the floor and we ask her if there’s anybody at the desk she said she was at the desk. She put the mop down and activated both the cards. she said you must have put the card on your phone?? Not sure what that meant. It’s very irritating when you have your arms full you get to your room and you can’t even get your room so you have to walk down with your arms full to get the cards reactivated. The fact that nobody even apologized for the inconvenience any of the times was really disappointing.

The room we had was really clean. The water would cut on and off randomly while we was trying to shower, the hallway smelled pretty bad they had a large work crew staying there and we was roomed on the same floor as them and there rooms smelled like a locker room and it crepted out into the hallway but the room we stayed in was very clean. We will stay here again.

Second stay .. nice room. Needed a shower chair for my husband. Staff was quick to get us one. Great Breakfast.. friendly staff.. comfortable bed.

Upon first glance lobby is tidy. Guest room was VERY dusty. Every surface , top of tv, top of lamp shade, top of soap and lotion in bathroom were dusty, etc. Everything. Had to ask for room to be serviced and it was already after 3pm. (We were a stay over — should have been done first) Then sheets were not changed and showers gel was empty. Lastly, this was a very, very noise hotel. Very close to a busy highway. Do not recommend.
