I thought the staff was really helpful and accommodating. One of the valet guys was especially helpful and went out of his way for us. I think the restaurant bar closed when I tried to go around 11/11:30pm so it would've been cool if it was open later but it's no big deal.

Nice room with a view and comfy bed! Walkable to waterfront! Breakfast convenient and OK priced. Restaurant was closed for lunch! Gym was OK but no pool.

Good and efficient housekeeping. Perfect location, walkable from the Pike place market.

Good location to walk to the waterfront and other sites. Pikes market there by Target. Ferry pier, Colombia Tower. Etc.... Sad that the area is overrun with rampant, open air drug use. Humanity passed out on the sidewalks, people slouched over on their knees in drug stupor. I know Marijuana is legal there, but I didn't smell that. Weed is too tame for them. Foil paper. syringes and orher refuse litter some ateas. . I don't know why the city leaders allow this. Just pick em up and move em out. These street people are there to get money and drugs. apparently by some kind of invitation. We didn't get harassed by anyone on the street. So that's a positive. Somehow this whole situation is allowed to happen. My handicapped brother who is mobility challenged. and I were walking on the shoulder of a street that we were directed to by metro security. A policewoman came out of a police vehicle and made us turn back from where we came saying we couldn't walk on rhe shoulder. . She did nothing to the slouched over druggies and law breakers. Go figure. Sad leadership in such a pretty city. I won't go back.

We had a BEAUTIFUL corner room that was large and had excellent views. The staff was very helpful in answering any questions that we had.

Beds a hard and pillows flat. Water did not get hot for showers. No onsite parking. Good location.

Staff was excellent, we came straight from our cruise and were able to get a room earlier than expected. Food was good in the bistro and staff were very friendly and attentive.

Super nice staff that made me feel very comfortable. Breakfast in the restaurant was delicious. Enjoyed sitting in the lobby early enjoying the coffee. About 10 blocks to Pikes Market. Smaller hotel than I had anticipated. Not sure about proximity to attractions like the needle.

The room itself was great. I think the carpet needs a deep clean which would easily make it look and feel like new. It wasn't awful just noticable. We got a room with a view of the water and the windows and room itself was taller than we expected! The view was fantastic. We stayed for a little over a week and there was good amount of room for us to store our clothes in the armoire and dresser. They have at least on security guard at the entrance at all times which we did appreciate greatly after walking around the city for first time. I would recommend avoiding the Bistro as it is overpriced and there are a lot of other options nearby but if you need something right away it's there. They do have free small cups of Starbucks coffee in the lobby.

Loved it

The Bistro restaurant was great, especially for breakfast. The room was sufficient and comfy. I liked having a couch in the room. Lighting wasn’t great. Street noise was sometimes a bit much with police/ambulance sirens a common occurrence. Pioneer Square is a convenient spot, and a quick walk to the waterfront. We used public transportation and were glad to be within walking distance of the light rail and buses. We also took the Sounder to Tacoma, but took a Lyft to that station. Our favorite dinner spot was “Damn The Weather” which was an easy walk. All in all the hotel was nice but not fancy, and fit our budget.

The location was perfect, close to the light rail and the ferry. There were many excellent resturants in walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable. Having a complementary breakfast would make it perfect.
