Excellent hotel , great service and room was clean and spacious.
-
I felt for the amount I paid for the room for four nights I would get better service. Had to call multiple times for ice since the ice machines (an icebox) were out. Called multiple times to get a late checkout only to be told twice to call back and on the third call back I was told all the late checkout time slots were full… wish I was told that on the first or second phone call… the front desk agent I spoke to the third time I called showed no interest in assisting me… all four days I spent walking in and out of the hotel I didn’t get greeted and the front desk agents were stuck to the computers… room were nice… bar looked beautiful… I too work in the tourism industry and expect better service…

Location excellent

I can’t say enough good things about all the staff. From the moment we arrived until our departure it was excellent. All the decor to aeromatic smells in the lobby it seemed to be a well though out upscale hotel. I can not go with out mentioning Arel is the STAR at the front desk. They made us feel so welcomed that this is now our go-to hotel for Seattle.

Rented the presidential suite. No Bluetooth sound system. Was told there’s a Target down the road.
-
Carpet is showing damage in the room and the phone doesn’t dial out to services. Wasn’t clear on how to take advantage of the spa services so I just opted to soak in the tub. Near $200 dollars in fees were charged to me outside of the Expedia platform which was weird. Some sort of disclosure about fees when booking would be good

Beautiful stay! Can’t wait to return
-
Great location - make to walk to Pikes Market and Lumen field. Centrally located. Nice upscale hotel. Good fitness area and restaurant in lobby.
-
Our room basically had no window and it was a suite so that was really disappointing.
-
The room was spectacular, clean, and very roomy. I loved the snack and beverage options available in the room, and of course the bathtub! Another great stay with Hotel 1000, can’t wait for the next one!
-
Great location in the city Location of Valet, some rude staff and some amazing and great staff. Juan our server was great
-
The front desk staff was, for the most part, very engaging and helpful but there was one young lady whose name was something like Cherry, who did not smile, was not at all helpful and when we made a special request for a late check out, she said we would be charged $50 and hour when 2 other staff members had said it would be fine.
-
Room variation leaves a lot of ambiguity. What is seen within online pics can and does vary wildly, and that can lead to a sense of dishonesty. Lastly the shower was covered in Hair and the room was not very clean
-
Front Door didn’t work and was stuck. The staff didn’t get up from the desk to let me in and they weren’t busy. Incredibly disappointed in the staff for such a nice hotel.

Would stay again
-
The room was clean and was cleaned daily and everything in the room was very nice.

Disappointing
