The laundry room did not take quarters which I could deal with but they would not take my card. My daughter could not wash our clothes because ot required downloading some app which to me was a pain in the tail for all that just to wash our clothes. On that note, I deducted points from whatvI would have given a much higher evaluation.

Almost everything about this property was great. The only thing we didn’t like was the breakfast. Not much options and the eggs might have been the worse eggs we’ve ever had. Minus that, I would give this property a 9.5/10. Staff is amazing.

Hotel in perfect location. Brand new.. best one all over Washington state. Room very clean and well maintained, breakfast nice and have all you need. Parking very useful

The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection. The views of the city from the room were beautiful. The location was also fantastic. It was very easy to explore the area on foot, and public transportation was conveniently accessible. Overall, a beautiful, comfortable, and very well-kept hotel. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

The Room was comfortable and modernized. Clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much. Only negative was the bar/dining options didn't have any desserts available.

A fairly new hotel, less than a year old. Spacious room with a view of the Needle. Great kitchenette with cooktop, microwave, full sized fridge/freezer, dishwasher, cooking and dining utensils. Very quiet. Bed was comfortable. We had no problems parking in the underground car park. Plenty of breakfast options, though it was very busy and crowded in the breakfast area. Great view from the viewing deck on the eighth floor. One thing I didn’t like however was the laundry required to download an app onto your phone and add funds to it. There was no coin or simple credit card option.

Super clean.

The set-up for the hotel and parking garage was great. We were able to take the elevator directly from the garage to our floor. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful! I really appreciated the grab and go items offered in the lobby. The free tea and water were fantastic extra! My one point that could be improved would be the included breakfast. The eggs and sausage were a bit lacking for flavor. Overall, would love to stay again or at other Element properties!

Great place to stay. Will stay there again.

The Double Queen Bed Studio was large, kitchenette generously appointed, and plenty of hot water, but the TV couldn’t swivel to be seen from the beds or couch. The Breakfast Buffet area is cramped and selections are limited. However, there is a QFC store within walking distance, so several patrons brought back food to eat for breakfast and dinner.

We had a great stay here, the hotel was centrally, located with easy walks to the Chihuly glass museum, and the space Needle and a short drive down to the aquarium and pikes place market. Our only complaint is that the pillows were very large and very hard.

Beautiful hotel, great location and breakfast buffet!

The parking is a big problem! Though the $30 over night parking fee, the parking space is extremely limited and only a few disabled parking space. many guests had to park in another nearby hotel.

I loved this hotel ! Very modern, rooms are spacious, super clean, and rooms are actually well lit! Normal lighting is hard to find nowadays. At least you have the option to make it darker or brighter as you see fit. Other hotels are just way too dark. Front desk was great too. I loved having a kitchen with an almost full size refrigerator! The colors were aesthetically pleasing too. I could live here! Sometimes we could hear noise from an another room but it was overall a quiet hotel. And they have washers and dryers. I wish I could have extended my stay here. Unfortunately I could only book 3 out of 5 nights here. I really recommend staying here !

Great Room, But the staff is lacking. There was 5 employees behind the check in desk. Looking at their phones and gossiping. We waited for quite a while until another employee steeped up to help. The other employees contained to gossip and asked one of the managers how old he was. To me it's really unprofessional to keep gossiping while guests are waiting to check in after a long day
