Great place in the heart of Seattle! Close to a lot of great local spots, staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable!

24 hr coffee & hot water is an added feature that I enjoy! The breakfast was plentiful & the area was kept clean. Thank you! Please turn off fox news channels! In travel over a month in the northwest, this is only the 2nd hotel with fox news & many didn't have any tvs in public spaces. They are not needed!

Excellent hotel conveniently located in downtown Seattle within walking distance to the Space Needle and transit elsewhere in the city. That convenience factor is the best thing the hotel has going for it, since it’s otherwise a basic, well-run chain hotel.

Location, helpful and friendly staff, clean, decent breakfast options It was really hard to regulate the temperature in the room. One minute it was freezing the next it felt like the heat was on full blast

well stocked commissary that was useful during our stay. Always appreciate having a breakfast provided. Hotel is conveniently located to Seattle attractions. Did have a slow drain sink and an irritating heating and cooling system. All staff very nice.

Clean and shower was good The beds were absolutely terrible

I was able to book a room the same day with no notice as we arrived a day earlier than expected. The $40 a night parking at your facility was a little unusual

Location Fire alarm in room went off, somebody came to fix it and we were told it had been doing that periodically. Why would you give someone that room?

Convince to space needle. Convince to a small market to pick up last minute cruise supplies. Shuttle to cruise port

Property was kept clean.staff was super helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Other guests at night were loud in the hall when it was late. Could hear people loud in hotel parking lot/next to hotel late at night.

Overall, we had a great stay. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Very clean rooms, comfortable beds, front desk was very helpful. Parking was available but was $40 per night in their parking garage.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great!! I liked all the seating in the lobby area. Transportation to the port was great! Transportation from the airport that was so expensive or could be complimentary from the hotel would be nice. Having to pay for transportation everywhere got really expensive for a large family.

Staff was amazing, breakfast was delicious and different each morning, location was great We received an early check in and was allowed to have breakfast while we waited the front desk Staff is super helpful. its a little pricey for the 1 bedroom but the amount of space was worth it, to me.

Staff were extremely friendly and courteous. Amenities were user friendly and easily accessible. Property was clean and well maintained.
