The location was the best.
-
Clean room, friendly staff, breakfast was great and it was quiet. It was also very convenient to stay so close to the hospital while visiting a family member there.
-
Everything was amazing from start to finish. The breakfast and breakfast staff were great ..ample parking in garage..
-
There was broken glass from a previous person next to the bed that was not cleaned. It was a whole broken cup that I stepped on. It must have not been cleaned properly.
-
Warm indoor swimming pool is very clean and comfortable. Very well maintained and always warm. The room is open and there are hangers for use in the closet. Many pillows, my room has four pillows every person every visit

We had a great stay! We would stay here again.

It was my birthday when we checked in and the front desk staff was so kind! They gifted me a bottle of wine since I already had a nice room!

A good option in downtown Seattle. Big rooms, easy to get to, very good breakfast, reasonably quiet. This is a good place for a multi-night stay. Parking in their garage is a little pricey but it is downtown Seattle. It’s not a new hotel, but seems to be well maintained.

Great breakfast, room smells fresher than the lobby. Bathroom is clean and properly stocked. I don't know if I can handle a kitchen without ketchup. 3 cups is beautiful.
-
It is a touch dated. Parking was easy, and the staff were great. The complimentary breakfast had a great selection. We enjoyed our stay. We will stay again when We have an overnight for Fred Hutch!

I couldn’t watch television and the WiFi kept me from working.
-
Phenomenal No complaints

Pool was closed but everything else was great

Room was clean. We arrived early and the staff was able to get us a room 2 hrs prior to the normal check in. My only complaint was the bed pillows were very flat with no support, so didn’t sleep well. Other than that I was a very nice stay

This hotel was perfect for us. The location was great. There was a bus stop right outside of the hotel. The Link Metro Train was a short 20 minute walk from the hotel even without the bus. Numerous restaurants and convenience stores with in walking distance. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was very nice. It had a waffle bar, at least four different types of eggs, bagels, toast, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, fruit, milk and juices etc. The pool and hot tub were well maintained, though I would have wanted the hot tub to be hotter. The rec room was a nice surprise with a foosball table, air hockey and skee-ball. Each showed their age and wear though. The room itself was very spacious and clean. It had a nice small balcony but we could not enjoy it due to an extremely strong marijuana smell outside. I really appreciated the kitchen, normal size refrigerator and television channels. The pull out couch was also comfortable, for a pull out couch. I definitely recommend this hotel.
