I loved that hotel and will stay there again on my next Seattle trip - clean, comfortable, located nearby major transportation and near Pike Market. Really enjoyed my staying.

Hotel is in mid-town Seattle, very close to Pike Market, Space Needle, chihuly gardens and Westlake - which is a hub for public transport. Close to great Dining options.

Our room had a terrible view of the parking lot and on the second night, something happened with the plumbing and it smelled like a sewer in our room. We insisted at that point that they move us, which they did, but we went from a 2 queen room to one king and had to share a bed. Will never stay here again.

Big, well decorated rooms, huge bathrooms, great location. Lobby isn’t as aesthetically pleasing as the price point of this hotel would imply- but rooms are great.

One of the worst hotels we’ve ever stayed at. And at a total cost of around $500/night, we would have expected at least some service. Staff, especially front desk and valet, were rude and never touched a bag (nor even offered to help with bags) and never thanked us for anything. The room was nice, but everything else was a letdown. A couple of nights before, we stayed at a budget-brand Spark by Hilton and it was a better experience than this one.

Very nice hotel. 8th floor room was very quiet.. Staff was so nice. Short walk to Pikes Market place. Uber to Space Needle and Cruise Terminal was quick and easy. Staff will get your transportation to front door of hotel fast.

We didn’t use the amenities as we were overnighting for a cruise (which we walked to) . Food was excellent . Service as terrific ! I would recommend and stay here again . Close to everything

What we did enjoy is the rooftop bar called “The Fog Room”. Nice drinks and good tapa options. The view was nice at sunset. The location was great for sightseeing and going to T-Mobile Park. Easy access to trains and monorail.
