Thompson Seattle, by Hyatt

We had a great stay at the Thompson. Very clean, friendly helpful staff and a great roof top lounge overlooking the water. I would definitely stay again.

Room was nice and clean.

The hotel itself was great however the walls were so thin we kept hearing every time someone would flush their toilet or shower throughout the night. We hardly got any sleep. Great location though.

Hotel was conveniently located to prime areas and staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and big enough to relax. Overall had a great experience and would definitely stay again.

We were only there for one night, but it was a very enjoyable stay. The rooftop bar was wonderful with great views. The location for restaurants and the waterfront is perfect. Staff were very helpful and efficient.

Room smelled wasn’t really up to par in cleanliness blood on the window curtain, dirty floors and carpet

Staff were terrific. The hotel was typical of the brand, nice but expensive for the room and obligatory up charge for the unused fitness center. One thing would be appreciated…. Ensuring access to the rooftop bar for hotel guests.

The service is second to none from the moment we got out of our taxi. My wife said she has never felt so important we will recommend staying here as we will when we travel back to Seattle

When I woke in the morning, the top sheet separated from the duvet revealing a large yellow stain on the duvet. Unfortunately I had unknowingly used that.

The room was great spaced and clean and the beds were amazing and the staff was friendly and helpful and true professional I would recommend the hotel to everyone great location definitely if I am back in Seattle one day wit definitely book the same place

Breakfast at restaurant was delicious and a fair price. Lobby coffee was great. Concierge was very nice and helpful. The front desk crew did a nice job of meeting my needs. Pike place market is always so fun in the summer. More coffee pods in the room. The front desk brought us some. The nest is crazy and expensive. They need a.better group managing that place and preference for hotel guests.
