Property and room was very clean

Unfortunately this was a subpar stay for myself and 2 kids. The dead bolt was removed from the door, there was no hot water, the pull out had a huge urine stain and there were no sheets for that bed. Would not recommend. There is a la Quinta right across the street, I recommend staying there instead.

Breakfast was good. But the gravy could’ve been better Sunday morning there was no hot water. Comfort Inn gave me a discount for my incovience

The breakfast lady was super nice. Our autistic son wanted sausage but there wasn't any made cause they weren't serving it that morning. She went out of her way to make him some sausage for breakfast. There was no hot water in the entire hotel. And the general manager wouldn't come speak to me on Sunday morning just had the front desk person tell me to call Choice. And I was told that she would be in Monday by 8. When I left at 8:45 she still wasn't there. My boyfriend and our son couldn't shower the entire weekend do to the fact of no hot water.

The place was decent. Overall pretty clean. Staff was somewhat helpful. TV didn't work. Had to have a maintenance man in our room after 9pm to fix it. Kinda awkward after already being in bed. I call down to see if there was trick to the TV. About 5 minutes later the guy was there. We had no idea he was coming. All in all a decent place. I will probably choose another hotel next time.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was nice. It was clean and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. However, the shower water was hard to adjust and just stayed VERY hot. The breakfast was awful. The sausage was brown and serve, but it wasn't browned and it was cold, the eggs, were frozen eggs and they were rubbery and cold, the hashbrowns were dry and hard. The pool was completely disgusting. Everything in the pool room was rusty and mildewy. There was mold on the ceiling, and the water was not clear and smelled musty. It was not useable and my granddaughter was disappointed because she was looking forward to swimming. We will not stay there again

The breakfast was fresh and very good, there was enough for seconds if needed. Walking the hall going to your room smells so good and fresh, I loved it... Wish I could have stayed longer.

I didn't have breakfast and the view from the window was empty buildings. The TV remote volume didn't work and the bed fitted sheet had dark spots on it. The TV remote wouldn't off. The front desk worker helped all she could but she kept stating they did not have a maintenance person.

We booked last minute during a road trip. Let me say I’ve stayed in worse but also stayed in much better. As soon as we stepped off elevator to 2nd floor there was a very strong stale odor that also was in our room. It did for a resting spot overnight but wouldn’t book here again. I’ve stayed at other Comfort Suites that were much nicer.

Exceptional

The location is convenient. The room was comfortable. It was clean and the staff were very nice and helpful. When we checked in , my room was already paid for. When they asked for a cc for incidentals they kept telling me my card was declined. It wasn’t of course but the number they gave me and the expiration of the card were not even mine. The first room had some issues and we had to be moved but after all that it was a good place.
