The staff here went above and beyond to help us! They bent over backwards to work with our reservation, including helping us add an extra night and actually saving us money in the process. Everyone we interacted with was incredibly helpful, kind, and genuinely sweet. We really appreciated how welcoming and accommodating they were, especially with our last-minute change of plans. Wonderful staff!

The room was okay, the carpet had a strong odor that filled the room. The overall stayed wasn’t bad.

Sheets were rough and scratchy feeling. Mattress was comfortable. We had pillows that smelled horrible but staff replaced them. Staff was friendly.

I was shocked how unkept the property was. The elevators were filthy the room smelled and was not clean especially the shower. The person that Checked me in was not friendly. I asked her if I could have a room with a tub and she told me I couldn’t because I had already booked online and could not change my room. I was very confused by that as I have done it before at other places. I will not ever stay at this Hilton again.

getting in and getting out of there I’m writing because the experience I had this past weekend was completely unacceptable and far below the standard any guest should expect. I reported a clogged toilet first thing Saturday morning. Your staff acknowledged the issue and said someone would be sent to fix it. We left the hotel around 10 AM for an event, fully expecting the problem to be resolved by the time we returned. When we came back that evening, not only had no one addressed the issue, but the staff seemed confused and unable to explain why nothing had been done. Instead of correcting the problem, we were told to move rooms — and we had to move all of our unpacked belongings ourselves with no assistance, no apology, and no compensation of any kind. This is not acceptable service. A maintenance issue that goes ignored all day, followed by an inconvenient room change with zero support, is a clear failure in basic hospitality and guest care. I am requesting appropriate compensation for the inconvenience, lack of service, and disruption to our stay. Please respond with what you are prepared to offer.

The lobby looks really nice, but get to the room and it was filthy. The floor is sticky - and it’s carpet… under the bed was disgusting - trash, candy, bottle tops and dust. We will not stay here again.

The hotel takes extra paid for a breakfast that is not worth the money.

Great layout and clean! Had some food there twice and both times it was good. Even had some drinks at the bar. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Room service options and menus are not up to date with what they offer. My booking said breakfast was included and it is not, but the coffee bar is free in the morning. Even so a really great place to stay.
