Holiday Inn Sioux Falls-City Centre by IHG

We had a good one night stay for a concert at the Denny Sanford. Easy to find, easy to park.

Indoor parking was a nice perk, however, we arrived on a Saturday evening, and there was very loud music and a German food event that was apparently very popular, but the noise was deafening. Things got much better when we got into our room, which was appropriate with lovely furnishings, a really nice comfortable king size bed, and most importantly to me a very quiet air conditioner. There was a larger refrigerator than you often see in hotel rooms and quite a nice view from the ninth floor. I decided to pay for breakfast before arrival and it was a real treat to find out that we could order off the menu or enjoy the Sunday brunch, which would have been about $25 per person and I paid $17 for the two of us. This I think was the most amazing perk and the breakfast buffet was absolutely incredible! I wish I could’ve eaten more but it was also very filling! I was very, very happy with this hotel!

It was too expensive for what you get and the room was not cleaned well. Breakfast food had a great variety but the food that was supposed to be hot was cold

Staff friendly, rooms nice.

Nice property was beyond expectations... friendly and helpful staff. Was nice to have a restaurant in Bahr on site and have staff that was attentive. Rooms were clean overall great experience.

Location to events In downtown and Falls Park area. Cost per night; not affordable… but when you need to be downtown early for a variety of events throughout the day, a necessity.

This was a business trip and I used minimal amenities. the room was great. the bed was comfortable. they were updating the outside but I didn't hear the work.

Maybe it is a new thing bout this is first Hampton Inn we had to pay for parking.

Super friendly staff, very helpful, very clean, they will accommodate your needs, the only bad or negative thing is that parking is terrible, other than that it’s a great place to celebrate your special event.

I actually love this hotel and stay here almost every time I am in Sioux Falls. Unfortunately, this stay did not meet my usual experience. There were only 2 issues but they were both quite disappointing. When we arrived, there was a stain on the couch, which wouldn't be a big deal, but my fiancé touched it and it was still wet with something. We were leaving quickly so we only had time to throw a towel over it. Second, while in the shower I discovered that there was no body wash. Unfortunately, I was already in the shower and had no time to wait for someone to bring some up. Both of these issues were simple inconveniences and our stay was otherwise good. However, they didn't meet the expectations I've come to have for this usually great hotel.

It was fine. Good location to downtown. We were able to walk to dinner options and to falls park. Could use an update.

The market was convenient and had many options, which we used several times.
