Loved how comfortable out stay was and that the Meadery and Ranch to Roost was right there!!

The hotel itself was quite nice, the bar area was good, the pool was nice. Our room was clean, the beds comfortable. We had a lake view room, which realistically is not much of a lake, but it was nice to look out the window and see the water. Breakfast in the morning was decent, the food was relatively good for a buffet style breakfast and the front desk clerk that morning was super lovely, very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent. There are lots of restaurants around, gas stations easily accessible, and shopping if you are looking for something to do. I would stay there again.

The accommodations were spacious and clean, the breakfast was tasty.

Upon arrival to the property and checking in the service desk was okay (not as friendly) when it comes to customer service. She did let us know when and where breakfast was served and how to find our room. The hallways, elevators were clean and upon entering the room it appears clean at a glance. However, the floors still had traces of small trash debris and we notices that one of the window curtains was too uneven. Other than that everything else seemed great. We enjoyed our lake view as well. The exercise room and pool was nice. Breakfast was pleasant and presented well. The second and last day service desk representative (morning shift) was phenomenal. She provided exceptional customer service and was always friendly. The parking is convenient as well. Overall great stay.

Loved this place just not sure why sometime you get a patio and sometimes you don’t, for the price I paid should have gotten a patio. But overall very nice place to stay!

We stayed for 5 days/6 nights and our room was cleaned only once. We ran out of clean towels , toilet paper , and facial tissue . I personally had to go find someone to obtain those necessities . The breakfast served was hot and had several options to choose from, but was mediocre at best. Beautiful hotel and very clean but housekeeping on a daily basis was lacking .

This hotel is over the top! The receptionist gave us a balcony room upgrade. The view overlooking the lake was beautiful. Excellent breakfast selection and everything was new and clean. This will be our new go to hotel in Sioux Falls when we have medical appointments. Thank you!

Amazing hotel the lake walk made the stay so enjoyable.

Very nice hotel and great location around shopping and restaurants. Great staff. Wonderful young lady who checked us in and also was the barista making us Starbucks drinks at the bar. That was an unexpected treat. My one complaint would be the bed. It wax very comfortable but almost too soft and I didn’t get a good nights sleep.

My room was extremely clean! Fabulous bathroom and plenty of towels! The bed was luscious and I slept very soundly. Highly recommend this property, love the outside deck! Will stay here again.
