Located in a perfect spot across from the lake. Dinner at the Sherwood was delicious. Room was clean and comfortable Pillows to soft. Confusing at check in that you had to go to the Sherwood house.

I've always liked the Packwood House, I've stayed there before. It's in a fabulous location right on the main drag with shops and restaurants steps away. The only thing I didn't like and I'm sure this is very petty, but there should be brighter lights in the bathroom they were quite dim I couldn't see very well to put my makeup on.

Its location on the Main Street looking over the lake Close proximity to the Sherwood Inn and other businesses It was very dark and lacked any atmosphere. No local guides or history (or any tourist info of any sort) in the room

Walking Convenient to all stores, restaurants, lake etc. I especially like the underground parking !!!!! I had a wonderful front view of the Main Street and lake, but large tree in front of our window obscured most of the lake view. For us, I still loved the view and activity outside and would never have that big old tree taken down ?

Excellent location with entrance directly at cross walk to lakefront beach and pier as well as next door to excellent dining at Sherwood Inn. In middle of quaint old town.

Location Bathroom needs updating, shower was horrible. Tv was to small for room size

The cost was like a 5 star hotel and it was like a Quality Inn. No big deal. Stay at the Sherwood.
