Excellent Service!!! Great Hotel
-
The special needs room was outfitted fairly well for wheelchair, but when finished with the shower, the entire bathroom floor was very wet. Since there was only a shower curtain to keep the water in, the water easily escaped. Finally, we found no means to view the room Bill online or on the room TV screen. When we checked out, the staff wished us a good day, without ever offering a printout of the itemized billing for our stay. I found that highly unusual, since I have always received an itemized print out either on screen, under the door, or automatically at the front desk on checkout. Be careful with spa reservations. The spa itself is very nice and very professional. But they have a standard 48 hour cancellation policy, which includes a penalty of 100% of your treatment cost. That is also standard, but when I asked a few days before our stay, whether my wife who was sick at that time, could receive special consideration, they showed no sensitivity for sickness.

Upon arrival, the staff was friendly and extremely welcoming. We were shown to our room and taken care of in a very professional manner. Everything was perfect

Stayed here after wedding at the lodge. Ideal location for that and the shuttle service is great. The room was large and clean and the bed was okay. Not worth almost 900 dollars for one night.

Clean and comfortably furnished hotel located in a quiet area. Staff was extremely helpful and conscientious.

The hotel is beautiful and included some very nice amenities. The staff was amazing, extremely friendly, attentive, and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel.

My only issue was at night, the blue light that would shine from the thermostat & also when the air kicked on it rattled the pipes.

The restaurant is great- as good as I’ve eaten in most places in Manhattan. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Hotel was incredible, new, great staff and fun to sit poolside and fireside. The food at the restaurant was ok, not amazing, but maybe taste preferences. Spa was very nice, new and great services.

Coffee and tea should be available all day , or at least in the early morning, and there should be no fee for it

Great place Breakfast

It was clean and the employees at the bar and restaurant were very friendly. Rooms felt cold; nothing to do on rainy days; no real hospitality; prices for coffee were ridiculous.

Our family travels a lot, and I have never posted a review before, but I felt entirely compelled to do so for this resort. There is simply no other way to say it: this resort is a traveller’s dream. Everything was absolute perfection. First, the resort itself is simply beautiful, set in a gorgeous location. The restaurant was delicious, both for dinner and breakfast, and the staff were incredibly attentive and welcoming throughout our stay. Our room was absolutely gorgeous. From the very generous size to the beautifully thought-out décor, every detail was so well done. It was truly dreamy. The property itself is fantastic. The pool, multiple hot tubs, fire pits, and even the little golf course make it the kind of place where you never want to leave. Every part of the resort felt special. We absolutely loved our stay and cannot wait to return!
