Really old, not well maintained
-
Our room's bathroom sink was clogged with month's worth of gunk. We were only staying one night so it was no big deal to us but they should check those things periodically !

It is pretty much close to everything around, especially that event place we went to There is no lobby and the staff were very unwelcoming and rude, we went there for an event sept 25 ‘ 2026. The Hispanic lady at the reception was ignoring me, my cousins and my elderly dad. She was very nice to the white costumers but for us , she kept ignoring us and made us wait for 15 minutes, we literally had to get her attention before we were entertained, during the whole interaction she was throwing stuff and was giving us the dirty look until we went to our rooms. She even called a co worker over and they started giggling together while giving us dirty looks, they give immigrants a bad name. We were warned about this, but we gave this hotel the benefit of the doubt, I guess what people are saying is true. So this will be the last. There are better accommodations close by

Room was very clean and comfortable.

An old hotel that is poorly maintained, an absolute dump
-
Room was ok, staff was rarely around. Please don’t advertise breakfast / Coffee was empty( early) and snacks just sugar.
-
Nice little kitchen with cabinets if you bring food, sorry, didn’t see a coffee maker, but I brought my own. Very nice clean and quiet room, laundry room on first floor as well as vending machine.

Everything was very nice and clean, the staff was amazing. He sat out breakfast snacks by 5:00am just for those of us staying there for the North Shore Century bike ride. Really appreciated it!

I have stayed here before and it was alright. The room itself wasn’t bad. The check in process always takes ages. I’m not exactly sure why but it takes forever. This was my first time staying on the 3rd floor. As soon as you get off the elevator you’re hit with a foul stench that lingers throughout the entire hallway. I had to hold my nose. There were so many stains in the carpet it was really gross.

Hotel was a good value for the price. Common areas a a little worn but the room was clean and bed and linens were clean and comfortable. You have to request toiletries for the shower and there are no hairdryers so plan to bring one.

They always have welcoming staff at the front desk and rooms are always clean.
-
Just what I would expect for an extended stay. Would be nice to have some glass glasses in the room and ice in the freezer.

The rooms were great.

Very spacious, quiet, comfortable. The hot plates and refrigerators need to be updated. Parking is always great. Staff is welcoming and friendly. Always a great stay.

The set up of the room with the kitchen area. There were some random knocks at night but overall it was quiet
