Ocean Breeze Motel

Great motel at a fantastic price. 5 min. from the beach. The owners/staff couldn’t be more friendly and helpful. Will definitely go back next season.

We stayed during the nor’easter! The owners were so helpful, helping us bring up our luggage up to our room in the pouring rain! The room was very nice & very clean. I wish the bathroom had more counter space or a shelf for toiletries, but it was very clean. The complimentary breakfast was just right, just enough items to choose from. The bagels were huge, the coffee was good, there was a “sweet” treat every morning! There was fresh fruit, oatmeal, cold cereal, bagels, English muffins, toast, coffee, orange juice & yogurt. They were very attentive & paid attention to details. Definitely will stay there again. So close to the beach. They dropped off a basket of champagne & snacks in our room for my boyfriend’s birthday! Nice touch!

The beach is just down the road so I parked my car for 2 days and just walked. I loved how clean and tasteful the hotel was. The continental breakfast was also good.

Excellent customer service, wonderful breakfast every morning and the owner was very knowledgeable about sight seeing opportunities. We took her advice and set an itinerary to it over the 5 days we stayed! One of the best vacations my wife and I ever experienced! Great central Cape Cod location for the ferries to Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard, whale watching and day trip to Provincetown.

The room was good sized and very clean. It’s a short walk to the beach which was great. The breakfast was mainly bagels, coffee, juices and coffee cake. If you’re looking for a quick meal this works. There was one guest who was extremely noisy who drove us away from the pool and our balcony. We could only take so much of her. Not the motel’s fault. All in all, we would stay their again.

Room was clean, but a bit musty smelling - had to keep the window open and the AC on full blast to clear it out. Otherwise room and property were clean and helpful to have breakfast on-site. Close to the beach and all the things in Yarmouth.

The breakfast was delicious with a good variety, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location close to the beach, restaurants, golf, and family activities. We really enjoyed our stay. The room itself was fantastic—spacious, quiet, and beautifully decorated with great attention to detail. We also loved the continental breakfast, which had a wide selection of food, and the coffee was hands-down the best I had during our entire trip to the Cape. The hospitality here is unmatched. I highly recommend the Ocean Breeze Motel and we will definitely be back!

We stay here every year and are never disappointed. Friendly staff, clean property, love the continental breakfast included. Staff quickly mailed back my Kindle I left in the room. Will continue to come back every year.

Cute little motel about a 5 min walk from the beach. Rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The outdoor pool was well maintained. We enjoyed the continent breakfast, which included cereal and fruit. Staff was very friendly!!

The owners and their boys were awesome. The beds at the motel were so comfortable. Pool area was very nice. Ease walk to the beach. A vanity in the bathroom would be helpful as there is not any place to store your toiletries. Overall it was a great place to stay!

As a solo guest I really don’t need much! But, the staff / owners were very nice and friendly and informed me if I needed anything they would accommodate me! For me the location was ideal because it is in walking distance to the beach!
