Parker Beach Lodge

We loved the cleanliness of the room and bathroom! We also LOVED the beds and how crisp the sheets were. You and your staff are so polite and helpful! Your proximity to the beaches can’t be surpassed! The main thing we found frustrating was that there were not enough horizontal surfaces to put our things on. I know you are limited by the size of the room and the design of the sink. I don’t think we have more toiletries /drinks etc. than other people. It was just that the small table, the small space next to the beds and thin shelf under the TV are not adequate for more than 2 people.

An odd thing was that there was no toilet paper holder! Pool area nice and clean. Little seating in the room Pretty basic but all in all not a bad bang for the Buck for a motel across the street from a very nice beach Very quiet at night! Owner and staff very nice and helpful!

The floor of the tub is very slippery. I had to put a towel in the tub so I didn't slip.

Close to the beach and staff was welcoming Bed wasn’t super comfortable

Staff was great! Clean room overall, parking was easy too. The heat did leave off a bit of a weird burning smell when we turned it on so we left the AC on. My wife and I also wish we were told or shown the open bathroom layout in the pictures or something so we could have brought shower shoes (no offense to the cleanliness of the bathroom just have past experience in the military with showers like so). Other than that the staff was accommodating and the rooms were clean. Would stay again

Very good

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. We had an exceptional event on the first day of our stay (a car crash), and the host was really comprehensive and sooooo helpful! He offered us more than what we could have ask, he was really a joy to be with in these moments. Thank you again for everything!

Location and proximity to the beach was excellent. The room was clean and well kept. Appreciated all the hooks for hanging in addition to the wardrobe. Visiting in the shoulder season means it was nice and quiet. Didn't make use of the pool, too cold. Staff was friendly. Would stay here again.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. They offer housekeeping each day. Quick walk to a beautiful beach. Parking was easy. The location is wonderful… A couple additional upgrades and the place would be beautiful.

Exceptional

The room was clean but the floor leaned pretty badly. The AC was loud but we didn’t mind. The pool was too cold to use but the beach was right across the street. We spent a whole day there and ate at the chowder restaurant down the street twice. It was just a short walk down the street and the food and ice cream were delicious!

We stayed at the lodge for one evening. The laminate flooring had a handful of large screws in sections where the floor had warped (awful landlord special). During the night we had 2 large bugs in our room. The hair dryer bag had black mold all over the front of it. Overall, will never go back and not recommend.

Good location to South Yarmouth beach.

The bathroom needed some TLC to the paint job. It was peeling and didn't look as good as the rest of the bathroom.

Noise level of air conditioner

Clean, convenient, great staff, quiet, and the best part is that it is directly across from the beach. Nothing.

They played music 24 hours a day. It was annoying at night
