SureStay Hotel by Best Western Spring North Houston

it was really clean. I liked it. there really wasn’t anything bad

Location was good. Room clean. Tv was not working well a lot of no signal issues. Shower water was on the cold side for my liking. The mattress very firm, too firm for me with have rheumatoid arthritis.

The front desk clerk was short and not very friendly. Our room key didn't work the 1st 2 times, so he had to assign us to a new room. He not once apologized and seemed annoyed. The room was very hot when we arrived and took 3 hours to cool the room down.

Very clean and comfortable

We loved that this hotel is so close to everything we needed from groceries to entertainment and more. Staff is very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean but could use cosmetic touch ups and a new door seal. Also they should require vehicles that take up 5-6 parking spots to park on the ends of the building instead of right in front of the rooms.

Check in/out was seamless. All staff were extremely warm and welcoming. The room and bathroom were cleaned perfectly. Some updates to the bathroom are needed but overall, I didn’t have any issues. Great location. Near a lot of restaurants that are pretty much walking distance. Easy access to the freeway. I would definitely stay again.

The location was great. We did not have any hot water for both nights we stayed there even though we let them know early the morning after the first night. We booked and paid for a room with a kitchenette but they put us in one without and didn’t let us know. I am pretty sure they would have just taken our money had we not said anything. When I called the front desk as soon as we got to the room, the lady said there was nothing she could do because there were no rooms with kitchenettes available and we would have to go in the morning to talk to the manager, which was very inconvenient because we had plans early that day. DO NOT GIVE A RESERVED ROOM AWAY JUST BECAUSE THE PERSON WAS ALREADY STAYING THERE!

Location The caving floor on the side of the bed felt very unsafe. I went to sit in the desk chair and rolled halfway across the room due to how uneven the floor was. I called the front desk to ask for another room and he told me that they were fully booked. I watched more patrons come and check in behind me and they were accommodated

Had a non smoking room and person nex door was smoking and was coming thru the ac also had a leak from the ceiling the last night . I would suggest to put people who smoking in a smoking room even if they smoke put side
