Unfortunately are reservations was canceled not sure how, it was booked trough booking.com. Arrived were two adults and a 5 year old child, it was a terrible accident on someone’s part. I had received a confirmation on Tuesday 3 days later room was canceled. Hotel was fully booked due to the the Big E fair. I cannot say enough about the manager and the wonderful woman working behind the bar. The manager was trying everything he could do to try to help. Offering snack to my grandson gave him coins to try to keep a tired 5 year old happy. He sat beside me and was very upfront and honest. The worst thing the only hotel we could get at 8:30pm same cost us $640.00, which was exactly upsetting. We did not want to drive 3 hours home after having had some drinks.

I stay here every year while I work at the big E and again it was a wonderful time. Food was great. Staff is always excellent. The only negative is the chair in my room the office chair, needs to be replaced. It is very worn and that really wasn’t a problem because I was working in a way all day so I never used it anyway. Very satisfied with my day as always.
