The Sheraton Monarch was lovely, clean, perfect location and convenient parking. The beds were super comfortable, and it was nice the bar as open late, rather than trying to navigate Springfield late at night. The nachos were actually delicious!

Good place to stay. Overall it was a pleasant experience. Only think I didn’t like was the addition charge for parking. I thought it was included but maybe that was my mistake. Parking was convenient though. Would stay again.

Additionally, we got stuck between floors in the elevator after paying for a late check out - our card did not work in the elevator and it was before the new check out time. We had a traumatized 5 year old.

The breakfast at Sheraton Springfield was especially disappointing. There were almost no suitable choices for guests who are gluten-free and dairy-free. The options included processed sausages, regular scrambled eggs with no egg whites available, and poor-quality pastries that appeared to have been sitting out for several days. Even the juices did not taste fresh. Considering that this was a basic self-service buffet with very limited choices, it was also surprising that guests were expected to leave a tip. This experience was far below the standard I have come to expect from the Sheraton brand internationally.

Only tough part was parking. Garage is small, tight and limited spaces.

Room was clean, staff were friendly, food was great. Gym was large, a little outdated but it was large and had a lot of equipment. Something you don’t find in hotels these days. Keep it but update it a bit.

They have great pool! The water is just the right temp!

On the positive side, its location had public transit. On the negative side, its price was very high especially considering that it did not include breakfast.

Very convenient breakfast restaurant. And, very nice to have a bar/restaurant in the hotel!! Also felt extremely safe since you have to use ur room key to use the elevator in any way!!!

Sorry I was not impressed with my stay. My girlfriend and I where traveling and chose this location because it had a jacuzzi and a sauna. Both of which has either been removed or not in working order. The elevator from the parking garage to the lobby was broken as well. Place needs much needed tlc
