The Doubletree was the best place we have stayed in a very long time. Everyone was extremely friendly. The pool was surprisingly chilly considering part of it was out in the sun. Not that big of an issue.

Great location with a very good coffee shop right next door It’s a large hotel so lots of people and a lot of cars. There was an even so classic cars were parked everywhere; mostly close to the front door so it was a challenge trying to get in and out of the hotel

I did have something on my bottom sheet not sure what it was but it was on the side and I didnt notice it right away.

Entrance from street is less than ideal. Water shut off 9PM - 1AM however notification was posted at front desk when checking in. Disappointed no MLB Network on the TV. Was unable to check out on TV as service was down. Front desk staff was friendly and professional. Overall great stay and will stay again if ever in Springfield

Hotel finishings were nice, enhanced security with badging for elevator and to enter the floor. AC made a noise like a car alarm, bed was worn down and dense.

Love the remodel! Hotel was clean and inviting. Staff very pleasant too. Will stay again.

Great hotel, super clean rooms and extra comfortable bed and pillows. We stayed during the spring time. I did book this hotel for the indoor pool and it was disappointing. The inside and outside pool are connected and the pool is not heated. The waterfall from the ceiling was ice cold, other families were also disappointed. Too cold for the kids to have fun.
