Group Hotel Booking in Springfield

Submit your request through Engine Groups with your travel dates and the number of rooms you need. Engine Groups handles the room-block booking for stays of 9 or more rooms. The hotel will quote a group rate for your block.

Engine offers consolidated invoicing, so you can pay for your group's rooms together rather than splitting payment across individual travelers. You have multiple payment options, and there's no membership fee to use Engine.

For tournaments, conventions, or other events that draw large crowds to Springfield, start your request as early as possible. Hotels fill up quickly during busy periods, and booking ahead gives you more options and better availability for your group.

A room block holds your group's rooms until a cutoff date, usually a few weeks before arrival. After you book the block, you assign travelers to rooms before the cutoff. Any unassigned rooms are released back to the hotel at that point, so travelers need to confirm by the deadline.

A group booking is 9 or more rooms reserved for the same dates. Engine Groups handles the room-block booking for groups of that size. If you're booking 8 rooms or fewer, you can book them yourself directly on Engine.

Hotels give Engine rates they only allow us to show business travelers, so a public page cannot list them. Create a free account with your work email to see them.
