DoubleTree by Hilton St. Paul East

The room was standard and fairly clean Booked only because the shuttle use, however unable to use since there was a wedding and it was fully booked. No breakfast included. Parked, paid for parking via the app, checked in and was told we didn’t have to pay for parking. Called regarding breakfast to front desk, they had no record of us checking in. Wouldn’t stay here again, had to use ride share app for transport.

Very clean. Perfect for overnight stay. Had coffee all day long. Would be nice if they served breakfast.

Everything was great, kinda wish breakfast was free. The kids would have loved that and enjoyed the stay.

I was here for my graduation. It was 10 min from the venue. I love Lisa she created a comfortable environment while eating and conversation at McKnight. Lisa was wonderful when having breakfast. Alisha was very helpful when looking for our medicine when we left. I appreciate everyone that we came in contact with.

Overall it’s a pleasant stay.

We chose this because a lot reviews said it was really clean. We had to switch rooms bc the bath tub was full of murky water and hair. They were nice about switching us but the new room still had a bunch of hair in shower. The pools were pretty grimy as well. Not in a super great area either. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Upon arrival, the first room we received was a bit dirty, smelled like cigarette smoke, but after politely asking for a change, they were able to accommodate, and we were happy. Definitely would stay again. they welcome you with a warm cookie.

Lots of parking. Wasn’t a very clean room. The AC was frozen so when we shut it off we used all the towels in our room to absorb the water from going all over the carpet. We came for an outside musical festival so the AC not working was very frustrating especially in July. Way over priced for what we received for a room.

It was a good stay for the short time we stayed.

The staff were a little unfriendly and didn’t know how to give me my digital key. Never receive my digital key for such a well known Hilton name hotel. Very untrained staff it seems. Also my Key was rejected after we already checked-in to our room after 3pm check-in and had to go back down stair to re-enter our key. But our stay was wonderful as always for a Hilton hotel.

The dirties hotel I have ever stayed. Not worth the stay. Had to cancel my stay few days ahead.
