El cuarto olia muy mal, muebles descompuestos, piso muy sucio, el baño terriblemente sucio y solo tenia una toalla grande una mediana y dos chicas para uso de tres personas muy mal. Muy desepcionada de la abita ion estoy.

it is a 2 star or 3 star. No room cleaning or towel exchange durin the 2 day stay. The floor is not clean and the bathroom is old with some crack and mildew

The staff was not available ever. They were having fun with the customers. They did not know what to do in a problem nor did they have the power to help you with a problem. The manager was not trained properly nor did she communicate with customers in a professional manner. It was a disaster. The room was dirty with water bugs, moths, flies, spiders all in the room and the windows.

The staff was not helpful at all they were never around and the manager was not properly trained nor did she have any communication skills and did not help the customer at all. I would not recommend this to anyone for any reason at all. The rooms were dirty the windows were broken there was spider webs, water bugs, flies, and moths in the room and windows.

Lobby area is decent. The room was so-so. The bed was absolutely horrible in every way shape and form. Shower has great pressure but the tub sounded like someone might fall through it if you step in the wrong spot. Towels were "clean" at best.

I enjoyed my stay and the staff was as very friendly

The location was close. Our employee stated this was the worst hotel stay of their life. We chose this location due to its proximity to the training event.

Nothing I am writing to formally complain about my recent stay at Motel 6, located at 1739 Old Hudson Rd, Saint Paul, MN, 55106 (Confirmation Number 5276276317: [Pin Number 9594]). The conditions at this property were entirely unacceptable and unsafe. During my stay, I encountered several severe issues: - Unsafe and Unsanitary Conditions: The mattress was extremely uncomfortable, wires were exposed across the floor, presenting a hazard, and there were clear signs of roaches and rodents. - Noise and Disruptions: Unsupervised children were screaming in the hallways, groups were gathering in the parking lot during the early morning hours, and extremely loud music played throughout the night, preventing us from sleeping. - Safety Concerns: Due to the overall environment and lack of security, I feared for my safety and was unable to remain at the property. We made multiple attempts to contact hotel management during our stay to address these concerns, but received no response. I also reached out to Booking.com customer support and was instructed to wait for management to reply. Given these appalling conditions and the complete lack of support, I am requesting a full refund for my reservation. I expect a prompt resolution to this matter. Sincerely,
