Comfort Inn & Suites at Stone Mountain

Maybe just the location, Poor breakfast service... Very few items not even eoungh for everyone . first come first served The building need more cleaning The pool was out of service. But not mentioned on the website that is closed.

The staff that yells and bangs on my door because of their mistakes. The breakfast that comes with gnats, the broken elevators, the blood on the towels. The smelly carpets. The a/c that doesn’t work. The pool that doesn’t work. The washer/dryer.

Relatively clean, my room needed some follow up repair work completed and replaced. Very comfortable and quiet tho!

Bed was comfy Bathroom had footprints in it, pee in toilet before I arrived.

The staff was super friendly. They were accomodating and attentive. Breakfast was provided which was nice at least. Honestly, I just didn't expect it to be so run down. We chose it because of the pool but it was out of commission. The room was fine and clean, but the whole place looked like it was stuck in the early 2000s. Just felt old and dated with very few modern ammenities. Breakfast was very simple. Grateful to have had it provided but was very minimal in choices.

The location and last minute availability. Room smelled like cigarettes, room was dirty, everything including the elevator and washing machine was either dirty, broken or raggedy.

Good value. A few broken little things in bathroom. Pool out of order. Not a big deal. Staff was very helpful.

Location good, but amenities and facilities terrible

When we got there a sign was at desk that pool unavailable, staff said it was down for a week but they didn’t put that on their site. Got to room and sleeper sofa was disgusting, stains on cushions and mattress, springs sticking out. Opened refused it hadn’t been cleaned. Holes in wall su, shower curtain ripped. Went to service desk and all they could offer were sheets. Whole reason I went to this property was for amenities and the sleeper couch

The property is old and needs upgrading

Nothing work in hotel , very dirty , host was rude , breakfast had bugs in flies around it I can’t believe what I seen very disappointing. I will be calling corporate

The back door locks didn’t work so we were constantly having to walk to other doors to be able to get inside. The elevator was completely out of service and the pool was also under maintenance. When we went to breakfast, there was absolutely no food left and no coffee. She tried to make us more coffee, but it was ice cold and only enough for about 2 ounces each. Don’t bother staying here.

The place smell like pot and or musky smell. When you walk in you want to turn and leave. I saw a lady smoking a cigarette in the lobby. We tried to cancel our stay but she said we couldn’t. So we stayed the night and got up the next morning and left. It’s not an appealing place to want to send any time.
