Room was very clean lobby was nice just wish breakfast was included in the stay.

The hotel was easy to get to. With a lot of surface parking. The front desk staff was inviting and very helpful.

Location Room was dirty, dust on the walls dirt and dust on main walking area in room, toilet was not clean in the small hole it had grime in it, shower had hair in it, toothpaste was on the walls dirt in the bathroom, room desk chair needed replacement or reupholstering. Hallway smelled bad wet mildew smell, staff at front desk was eating something stinky, she was on her cell phone numerous times that we came downstairs (second shift), bed linen had a wet smell to them. I have stayed here before and the services were great but this time management is not checking behind cleaning staff. I stood to the side and watched the cleaning lady reuse the same bed linens in another room that she was cleaning and she was taking a wet mop just running over the floors, she did not even sweep or anything.

Lobby coffee is only provided until 1100. Our group agreed that the coffee area should be managed more attentively as we almost always have to notify staff that coffee is empty and supplies not restocked.
