Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast! We also appreciated the 24 hour coffee bar. Beds are always a matter of personal preference, but the bed was too firm and hard on the back. This is also a pet friendly hotel, so you may end up hearing a dog barking in the adjoining room while the owners are out

When we first arrived, our room wasn’t as clean as I expected. I brought it to the staff’s attention, and they were very understanding and accommodating. They quickly moved us to another room that was clean and comfortable. I really appreciated how they handled the situation and made sure we were taken care of.

The staff was polite and very helpful. The property needs a lot of work done . Its water damage areas on the ceilings. Our bathroom had tile peeled back on the ceiling with what seems to be mold growing. The beds are hard as a rock and sheets smelled like smoke . The lobby was the only thing that looked decent . This review is corrective criticism, not intended to tarnish your establishment. I am a Safety and Environmental specialist that does audits on the norm and I simply hope that with what is being charged per night you will upgrade your facility.

Room had many broken items including loose shower head protruding from the wall in the bathroom, patches on several parts of the walls, air conditioner rattled very loudly, several lampshades cracked or torn, and rusty tissue holder. Room was aweful.

AC system was quite loud. Property presented as dated and had a similar smell. Holes in the room walls had been plastered and painted w/ non- matching paint. TV and shower were excellent. Dining room for continental breakfast was dated. Wood was piled up where diners could view it.
