Super 8 by Wyndham Suwanee

Close to where I needed to be

Everything

Bad

Easy, streamlined check-in process.

Clean

Room is clean and the staff was very friendly. There wasn't much in the way of breakfast. Just coffee and a few bars, but for the value, the room was good. Breakfast could've been better, but that was a small thing in comparison to the value

Nothing absolutely nothing The deposit the room was small. It had roaches. The air conditioner was rusted. It was rusted on the door. My room was right next to the office staff coming in going out all night long and then in the morning they bang on your door for housekeeping and Cleaning, I did not want them or need them to clean my room however they made me as soon as 9 AM hits on a date you’re supposed to check out they bang on your door for payment, they’re not friendly staff. They do not speak English none of them.

See my previous comment I had no other place to stay and the staff was horrible. They treated me and my Sun Son horribly.

Nothing was nice about this property Staff don’t speak English. Staff is very rude. Staff will barge in into your room without knocking or asking, and when they do knock, they knock loudly all kinds of night.

Good

The room had a funky smell that lingered on us all day. Gross

Colorful picture

Quick process, great location and decent rooms for price.

Great service

Great

They don’t have any amenities no breakfast no pool, but they charge the same rate as quality in across the street who is way better than this place. They don’t speak English. You will not know what they’re saying and when it’s time for you to exit the property they charge you. They let you know at 8 o’clock. You have to be out by 11 they let you know it 815 every 15 minutes they’re letting you know you have to leave. Do not stay here.

Check-in was easy I needed to extend my stay and the staff kept insisting that I check out and then check back in at 3 o’clock every other place that I’ve been accommodates me and lets me stay in the room and then make my payment. Their staff don’t speak English. You don’t know what they’re saying they bang on your door every day whether to change towels or refresh the linens and I told them I would bring them the linens and towels. They’re not very welcoming their money hungry the property is well worn down. The beds are OK. The property needs to be updated. I would not recommend anyone to stay here.

Great location and price

It was very convenient and to be honest the staff was very friendly and my family had a nice time around the places you could go shopping and on outings will be returning when we need another little getaway 😊

Clean and easily accessible.
