Location was great My room did not have a kitchen like it said it would theybhad a jacuzzi tub but it didnt work and the room kept getting hot

The staff were all nice, the rooms were all clean, everything near property. They serve hot breakfast. We stayed 2 days very happy we stayed there , the front desk checked in lady was the absolute best so nice.

overall not a bad place to stay for the price. I used them for an overnight stay with my 3 boys for a concert we attended. Upon arrival at 3pm the pool was still deadbolted locked but they did unlock this. All was good until after the concert when we discovered there was no hot water in the shower ! there was hard water stains on the sink faucet you would use for water by the fridge. I tried to call the front desk about the no hot water and realized the phone didn't even have a cord attached so was no way to call the front desk and due to it being after midnight myself and the boys being exhausted just showered in cold water. I did let staff know on the way out and she informed me that the hot water is actually the opposite was from normal and asked why we didn't call. Ummm because there is no cord attached to the phone however there could of been a note to inform of of the water issue as well. She stated its our fault for not coming down after midnight to ask. Ok no worries I will just take my business to another hotel when down for a concert :)

Nothing…. The room smelled like old cheap cologne, our plane arrived around 1130pm, and we came to check in, and no one was there to check us in, so we came all the way from NC and was pretty much stranded for hours at 12am in the morning, so we called up there and the guy at the front desk was very rude, which resulted in hanging up….so we drove back up there, and the guy made us feel like it was our fault, because he was busy in the back and wasn’t at the desk to check us in initially…..overall disappointed and never will return if I come back to visit family in that area.
