Breakfast was pretty good! I enjoyed the lemon poppyseed scones that you had. The room was enjoyable too. The location was the best part!

The staff was really nice. The room was clean and the hotel was pretty nice overall. The breakfast was not up to brand standard (only had eggs and toast when I went down with 30 mins left of service). The parking situation was pretty tough because of renovations. Had to park along the driveways and back behind the hotel next door, it was pretty annoying returning to hotel at night because of the parking. The area isn’t too bad but you will see a lot of unhoused people at the surrounding gas stations and businesses, sometimes walking through the hotel property. Overall was an ok stay. Wish the parking and breakfast were better considering the price per night. Probably will not stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay here and service is amazing. The AC in our room was not working properly and they sent someone to check it out very quickly. When they were not able to get it fixed they moved us to a different room. The room was clean and bed was comfy. The staff is great.

Bad

The room my daughter stayed in was completely filthy, someone left medication on the bedside table, and the bathroom was dirty. And they still charged her card for the stay, which I had already paid for a month prior. I was very disappointed.

They gave our room away before we got there. We paid for a two-night stay, unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, we were unable to check in the first night, when we arrived for the second night, they told us that they were completely booked out and had given our second night stay away. I am now out $300 and had to frantically find a new hotel that I had to pay another $150 to stay at. My daughter was there for her High School volleyball tournament, and I had to stay and a separate hotel than the team because they gave our room away. No happy, at all.

Good location and access to the highways and good location. Good WiFi. On of the doors near the elevator the key card scanner did not work. And the pillows were very very thin, not much cushion anymore.

Very good

Also, the breakfast didn't have quite as many options as previous stays, and they were out of forks, which made eating anything solid an adventure. We've stayed here several times, and it seems like the past few times there have been one or two things not quite right.

The hot water tank had been broken for several weeks. We were not notified at check in. Rather, after attempting to shower we asked the front desk why we weren't getting hot water. They stated the GM knew about it, but wasn't fixing it. Over the course of our stay, the water was colder and colder. We were just told "contact the GM".

Absolutely nothing. Any positive aspect of the hotel was completely overshadowed by the lack of hot water and the staff’s dismissive attitude. There was literally no hot water, which is an absolutely ridiculous problem for a hotel charging around $170 per night. We had just flown in from Portland, spent the entire day in over-100-degree heat, and returned from a sweaty concert unable to take a warm shower. When we informed the front desk, the employee casually acknowledged that there was no hot water and acted as though it was completely normal. There was no apology, urgency, solution, alternative room, or meaningful attempt to make things right. The complete lack of basic hospitality was honestly embarrassing. If a hotel cannot provide something as basic as hot water, it should not be accepting reservations and charging guests full price.

The location the breakfast and it was clean The showers where cold and the tap water tasted like grass from a lawn mower and had some grit to it

Great location between Tempe and Scottsdale. Newly renovated! Comfortable beds. We stayed one night. I don’t think there were any restaurants in walking distance. You would need a car, Uber can get pricy getting around. It’s close to the airport and you do hear the planes flying by. No shuttle.

I loved my stay at this hotel. It was clean and I felt safe. The breakfast was great and the beds were comfortable.

There were renovations going on. You could smell paint and there was loud banging going on during the day but the workers were just doing there job. The staff were friendly. The room was decent. Plenty of parking. QT is literally down the street. Plenty of places to eat in the vicinity.
