I’ve stayed at plenty of Moxy hotels and usually love them, but this one - what in the world. Literally every flooring surface was stained, dirty or just not taken care of. Everywhere. The room I had was not “hotel clean” at all - no idea what is going on at this property but it does not in any way shape or form represent the Moxy brand.

I came back from work the second day my room wasn’t made. The towels were not changed. Everything was left on the floor the way it was when I left the room. I used the gym. The gym was filthy. No towels. No wet wipes to clean the equipments, just dirty. And poor equipment. I was initially supposed to get an extra night, but I left and went to a different place. This is not the type of property I usually expect from Moxy

The pics are deceiving! The carpet on the first floor is filthy and smell like roaches! My room was okay so I survived the night! Expect just somewhere to lay your head

Almost a bit nihilistic. Huge lobby full of things to do + food & drink. Record player, pinball & Edison bulbs. Corridors & elevators are aggressively grungy; the whole place kind of smelled like a dorm. Room maintenance was funky with all sorts of things missing or not working quite right. Noisy part of town next to ASU. But for the right person, more likely on the younger side, it might be uniquely appealing.

The room was clean, the staff was very nice, its close to lots of restaurants. The hallway carpets are very dirty, it stunk. The bathroom shower head was broken.

The man at the counter during check-in was rude as hell and made a comment about me not being able to hear

The hotel was disgustingly from the hallways to the elevator and then the first room I checked into had pee all over the toilet seat among other filth. Then they moved me and the second room had makeup shavings in the sink and my feet stuck to the floor. I didn’t stick around long enough to see other filth. The staff of duty was extremely kind and helpful but I left and went to another hotel. Sad because Moxy’s typically have a good reputation.

Location. The staff was so nice. The lobby was clean and I like the decor. the smell in the women's bathroom - gaseous. The hallway - Sewery and hideous. There was construction. The carpet felt sticky. The room smell was moldy and chemically from cleaning supplies. I felt like they were trying to mask the smell. I stayed here a year ago and loved it! The arcarde was so fun..this time there was one machine out of the five working. Sad.

There was a roach in the bathroom , and the drain was clogged I had to unclog it. But other than those few hiccups and not getting the balcony room which we wanted so badly it was a good experience. The staff at the Moxy exceeded my expectations that’s for sure! The showers could be cleaned a little more. Make sure room doors work.

The moxy has kind of gone downhill since I last stayed there. The hallways were really warm with no working AC in them. Both elevators were out and we had to use the stairs the entire time. The outside back door was out and wouldnt open or read the card. The room was nice and cold no complaint there. On a scale of 1-5 id give it a 2
