When we got to our room, the couch was dirty and had multiple holes in it, making it uncomfortable and basically unusable for sitting or lying down. The coffee maker also did not work. The bathtub was another major concern. It made loud cracking and creaking noises every time we stepped into it, making us feel like it could break or that we could potentially fall through it. The TV would not connect properly to the hotel’s Wi-Fi, which made it difficult to search for or watch anything. The elevator also made strange noises and was extremely slow, which made us uncomfortable using it. Our reservation was for three people, but the room only had one set of towels, so we had to go get additional towels ourselves. On a positive note, breakfast was good and there was a nice variety of choices for everyone. Overall, the hotel looks decent from the outside, but the inside and the rooms definitely need some maintenance, repairs, and updating. Between the smell, damaged couch, concerning bathtub, TV/Wi-Fi issues, elevator, and lack of towels, our stay was disappointing. Breakfast was definitely the best part of our experience.

The man at the desk was extremely friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the first room we were given on the third floor had roaches. It wasn't obvious at first, but once we got settled in we began to notice them. Upon closer inspection it was obvious that the room wasn't cleaned very well. There were many dead bugs behind and under furniture. After finding and killing 3 roaches we notified the front desk. They were apologetic and promptly put us in another room on the 2nd floor which was totally clean and bug free. Surely this isn't a widespread problem at the facility and likely is the result of a guest who brought roaches in, but had the room been more detailed during cleaning it would have been obvious to the cleaning staff of the bug problem. Apart from that, we have stayed here before and the experience was good. The second room we received this time was also good. It was a clean and comfortable stay. The breakfast was excellent and well stocked.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Facilities were clean and convenient.

The room was horribly dirty. The armchair was almost black. The business center printer was not functioning. When I requested my zero balance receipt upon checkout, the clerk argued and would not provide me a receipt. I will not stay here again.

Everything was excellent! The staff, check in, breakfast, the whole stay was a very good experience. The only thing i didnt like was that i couldn't conect to the wifi and i had difficulty setting up my Roku on the TV.
