4th floor hallway smell like smoke and room had a slight smell as well. However, my overall experience was fantastic. The staff are awesome, and I enjoyed my visit. I will definitely be a returning guest.

Location was ok Carpets were very stained. King rooms say king bed but the beds are "continental" kings so they are pretty small. You are better off renting a queen bed for cheaper. Breakfast was just ok.

My room did not have hot water

It was NOT clean AT ALL. Floors were stained and gross, the bathtub was dirty, there were multiple shattered tiles on the bathroom floor, there were ants all over the bathroom and the room smelled musty.

The shower constantly dropped and seals need to be replaced, but I understand that renovations will be happening soon.

Check-in went so smoothly. John was amazing. The room was enormous for a hotel. The bed was very comfortable. I didn’t wake up with a backache this morning. Only a couple of things not so great. Was one of the TVs in the room didn’t work. Yes I said one because there was a second one. And the bathroom door did not close all the way. Otherwise the breakfast was great and we really enjoyed our one night stay
