I've extended my stay several times, and each time the process has been smooth and effortless with absolutely no issues. That kind of consistency and reliability means a lot when you need a place you can count on. To Erica and the entire staff: thank you for your warmth, your thoughtfulness, and for making this feel like home. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a comfortable, dependable, and welcoming place to stay. Five stars without hesitation!

The bathroom shower was absolutely deplorable. The room was hot even with the air con on. Will not be staying here again.

Management and staff all were very friendly and attentuive to all my needs. Pet and family friendly clean and comvertibke rooms recommended this place I will return. This is my favorite place.

The bed was super hard. Very uncomfortable and the bathtub was very dirty and mildew all around. Not clean at all. I won’t ever stay again

Room was clean and everything was in working order. Erica checked me in with a warm smile and made sure I had everything I needed. She tried her best to accomodate my room request. Her staff is also kind and professional.

The surrounding area was nice and there were plenty dining places and parks. The microwave was missing, no ice machines on the property, bathroom fan didn't work, which caused the floor to be very slippery after taking a shower, and the toilet seat was broken but manageable. We arrived on Saturday and the outside trash can overflowed onto the grass throughout the weekend, the trash room facility containers overflowed and the trash smell traveled through the hallways. I was thankful the property accepted pets but guests were not picking up their dog poop around the property.

Location The front desk staff was rude. Had to wait over 4 hours for my room. Arrived at 1pm , my room was not ready until 5pm. Hated the fact that I had to take my dirty towels to the front desk in exchange for clean towels. The entire facility needs to have the carpet clean. The bathroom needs an update. The complimentary breakfast is a joke. I definitely will never stay at of your facilities ever again.

They offer the minimal and when you ask for whatis offered, its not available. Like change to use the on site laundry facilities. It states that they have change at the front desk, but they never do. I asked 2 wks ago n tbey did not have, after 3 times i gave up and had to get a roll at bank. Just the other day a guest asked and they still had no change. Therefore, it's not available like it advertises. Roo. Is old dated appliances,mattresses are worn and very dated windows curtains. Toiletries are old motel tiny bar soap. Wifi is poor. I stayed 6 wks and they allow smoking on o r side of the building. Clearly if i smell it daily going to the trash room rhen maintenance and house keeping do as well. The managervis very professional and most staff. Asst manager chooses whom she wants to be kind cuz she always seemed to have nothing for me.

Erica and her staff are always helpful, professional and courteous. It helps to have a big fridge for dietary restrictions. Walking distance to good restaurants and a major hospital. Safe, easy to park in a quiet neighborhood. Keep mind it doesn't offer a lot of amenities like other hotel chains (ice machine, coffee/tea).

They downgraded me from 2 queen beds to a king bed even after booking it 2 weeks ahead of time. They said they were overbooked and couldn't do anything about it. Their chairs in the room where we stayed had a rip, the bathroom door was broken like someone punched it, the toilet seat was coming off, light switches in the bathroom and the bathroom floor had some dark colored (like dried blood) steaks on it. I had to sanitize it myself coz I was feeling uneasy. Bed was comfortable and everything else was fine.

Very clean. Has fridge and stovetop and microwave for cooking. Slept well!

Room was old and poorly maintained. There was a weird smell as soon as you walk in, Nothing looks like it was cleaned properly and there was no housekeeping available even when we requested it. The bathroom fan wasn’t working and one of the days we found ants under the bed. We talked to the front desk and they said there was nothing that could be done. Would never come back again.

My experience with this hotel was horrible, I had reserved a deluxe 2 queen beds room on the 23rd of August and when I got there they put me in a room with a kingside bed and a pullout couch . I did talk to the manger onsite and she told me that they were over booked and that’s the only availability they had had, I proceeded to explain to her that I didn’t want a king size bed that I reserved a two queen side beds for a reason, she was rude and said well that’s all we got so you can stay in that room or I can refund you your money. I shared that I didn’t want a refund due to it being so last minute and that I wouldn’t be able to find another hotel the same day due to an event happening near by she said again well there’s nothing I can do, I told her how is it my fault that you guys are over booked she just stood there looking at me so, my granddaughter, daughter and I had no choice but to stay in a room with only one bed. This is my first and only time I will be staying here at this hotel. I have made reservations for many hotels in the past and thus has been by far the worst experience ever.

Overall, for a quick stay, it was fine. I am from Torrance, but I live far away. Sometimes I get a stay at a local hotel. The room was ok, no shampoo for hair, and the towels are thin. The sink is falling apart.

Seriously need some mending and cleaning. Place is dirty, bathroom door won’t close right, drain on the tub does not drain, chaulk around the tub is filthy and peeling. Punic hair on the floor, solid dried up objects on the tub shower walls. Disgusting bathroom.
