The state was good but the pillows were extremely flat. I mentioned how many people were gonna be in the room and we only got one soap and no washcloths. The room was really clean, but you could hear like the walls are like rue, rue thin so yeah, it was really nice. The man at the front desk corrected me when I said Basha's and fashhas and whatever, so yeah. It was a overall good say , we only stayed one

The night time Auditor who was working the front desk on my check-in day was so helpful about my dirty first room and key issues on my second great job 👍

The location was great. I was there for surgery, and it was less than a block from the hospital. They let us check in early so we could get ready. nothing!

I have mixed feelings about my stay, the staff was helpful but the phones were not working and would automatically hang up on me when I tried to call the front desk. The post for the hotel advertises that they serve breakfast but upon asking when I arrived I was informed there was no breakfast. Overall the room was clean but the elevators were not. I had to ask for some fresh towels from the front desk and when I got out of the shower and unfolded the towel I realized there was stains on the towel. It was a convenient location at an affordable rate.

I had a problem with Booking .COM several times. This place in particular. The address was wrong and led us to a fitness center. I am assuming that I'm being charged for 2 rooms. My daughter and I needed just the one room. Booking.come screwed me up several times on this trip of 19 days. However, when this mistake was discovered, the very young lady at the front desk didn't know how to correct it. So that was the first of several distressful things. The picture online showed a hotel with a pool! There was no pool. There was supposed to be a breakfast There was no breakfast and the floor was dirty. I wrote all this in the previous assessment, the extra room that we didn't want and couldn't afford. I'm 88, living on social security so had you had a person well-versed in recognizing mistakes...she would have been able to correct it. Enough said! Really, haven't I said enough! A filthy floor, no Kleenex, paper towels, no breakfast, no pool. If I'd come there looking for a long term stay, your hotel would flunk. It appears that it's fairly new but if I was going to stay there for a few weeks, I'd have to go out an buy dishes, cookware, silverware. People who are coming for medical reasons would be sorely disappointed.

It is super close to TMC, so it was a quick commute to the hospital which was great. The bed wasn't bad and the fridge and stove was nice for our stays for a few days. The whole thing smells like smoke... it doesn't look dirty, in fact looks freshly painted, and most things look fairly new, but the smoke odor is very pennetrating on a few areas. In our room, the bathroom was the worst, so perhaps people used to smoke there, hoping the extractor would take the odor out... we had to keep the extractor on all day to make it even tolerable. We mentioned this to the saff but simply said they would take note to check it again later.

There was no breakfast. We were expecting a breakfast! Take a lesson from MARRIOTT Residence Inn. They give their patrons breakfast plus a well-equipped kitchen: pots, pans, dishes AND breakfast! The floors made my white sox brown! Tsk, tsk. Also...somehow, I ended up with 2 reservations... and only needed ONE accomodation. I havent seen my credit card statement yet. The young lady at the desk didn't know how to correct this problem. I'm an 88 year-old woman and this was very stressful. Also, the directions took us to an area in a commercial part of Tucson and finding that address wrong, we had to drive another approximate 15 miles from Tucson. The medical center was not on our itinerary. Really, nothing went right...a very bad experience!
