Revel Hotel Des Moines Urbandale, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

Hotel was nice and clean. Staff was friendly but, Homecoming kids and parents took over. Hundreds of kids taking pictures for hourswhich is not a big deal but we couldn't walk through the lobby, use the stairs and. They were blocking the parking lot, taking up all the parking spots. it almost seemed like the hotel would rather cater to them then their paying customers. I would stay there again if it was not homecoming weekend

The rooms were very nice and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was very nice. The shower in the double queen suit does not make sense however as there is no privacy if you are rooming with a friends or someone you may not be as close with. Staff who greeted us were not very welcoming to my friend and I. I am not sure if it was because we were young or something else

The room was very clean. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. There were a number of options for breakfast. All good! Will definitely stay here again.

I love this hotel so much! The included breakfast is amazing. The food is quality. I have also eaten a few meals in the restaurant and they have been fantastic! The room is perfect for me traveling alone, with some extra comforts like having a robe available. The bed and pillows are very comfortable for me, especially as I have sleep issues as well as chronic pain. I love that the window curtains close the whole way and the HVAC is quiet! The fitness center is also worthwhile. There isn't a pool, which is not a priority for me. However, as a patron you are able to use the hotel next door's pool if you'd like. This is a pet-friendly hotel, but the two times I have stayed, you wouldn't know since it is quiet and clean! Staff is friendly and helpful as well! Nothing!

Great looking hotel, overall just really good stay, nice room...I loved it.

First, why put two Hiltons next to each other with similar names? It’s confusing. The parking lot are ridiculous.. you have to drive through a restaurant parking lot another hotel parking lot to get to this parking lot and they’re really aren’t enough spaces. Then on a Saturday the first Saturday of the Iowa State fair when all the hotels are filled, they decide to block off the road leading to the hotel for minor repairs to the road . Everything about this place was not conducive to comfort to ease or anything else. I’ll never stay here again.

Everything was great. Clean room and pet friendly. My only complaints are not enough parking. There is overflow parking though. Other than that we were really pleased. Breakfast was great.

When hotel is full so is the parking lot.
