Although it smelled clean, the carpet was stained, there were holes in the wall. Nothing big, but noticeable. The staff was very friendly.

Everything was fine until I was laying in the bed mind you we got in on a late flight so it was about 5am once I actually got comfortable and laid down. Anyway Im laying there scrolling my phone and out of the corner of my eye I see something crawling on my pillow and it was a big ahh bed bug!!!!!! I called the front office to let them know that I was leaving. My cousin and I packed our things and left!! They said they processed a refund but so far I have not received it. I will be disputing the charges if I don’t receive it by tomorrow. This happened Monday morning it’s now Wednesday night .

We were very pleased with the staff as they were very helpful as we were going on a cruise and needed to pick friends up from airport and were given great direction. Also places to eat. Our rooms were very clean and they gave us rooms close to each pother on same floor. Parking was very easy too.

It needs some major work done on the rooms. The air conditioning was froze up and no water came out of the shower head. Beds are comfortable and the staff are wonderful but the rooms need so much work and a good cleaning.

Disappointing

The location was good. The bathroom was the biggest issue. There was no cover for the overflow drain which had mold and mildew inside it. The soap holder inside shower still had soap residue on it. I had to wait 10 mins for hot water. Toilet seat was super loose. Only got 2 towels and 2 washclothes. It was not clean to use. The pillows were not good at all. As soon as you lay on it it would shrink to nonexistent thats even after piling them up. The room was hot stayed and hot even with temperature put down to 65. It was put on cool and still nothing. Breakfast was sad. We didn't even eat it. Parking was very slim picking. I had to park in lot for hotel next door in hopes I wouldn't have an issue.
