Tru By Hilton Norfolk Airport

Clean room and friendly staff

Exceptional

Breakfast was lacking in options but was a great 5 day stay. Amenities are wonderful and utilized. Room was comfortable, ours was the smallest selected sq ft. and was tight. But served us very well, would definitely recommend. The walking paths are great and lead directly to mall.

The staff was very nice. The property exceeded my expectations given the urban/airport location.

Great stay. Clean room. Friendly staff.

Very good

The staff and location

Good

I think the cleaning staff need to take more pride in cleaning! The hallways are full of trash like the place haven’t been vacuum in months! Also the sink in our room was clogged full of hair. Last but not least I shouldn’t have to ask the staff to clean my room I would think that is a must even if the guess is staying a couple days!

Clean. Staff professional and friendly. Good price. Location Nothing.

Great location! Great breakfast! Warm and friendly staff! Clean rooms! Thank you!

My room was small and pillows lumpy but it was very clean and also quiet which matters to me. Staff was super nice and always downstairs. Good coffee and breakfast set up and a decent little gym. Lots of parking all around the building and it felt safe.

Nice and clean hotel with lots of options for breakfast

Clean. Good breakfast.

Everything from Service to room to Breakfast. All employees were great. Woke up stuffy. Looked at A/C filter. Completely clogged like it hadn't been changed in yrs. With mold present
