The room was super clean and the staff was so sweet! We really enjoyed our stay

Breakfast lady was rude and not welcoming to guests.

Elevators were slow, but staff was super friendly and helpful.

It is clean and has nice open space. The breakfast area is clean large and you can freely move around without feeling crouded. Someone pulled the fire alarm and we had to all go outside until the fire department showed up to turn off the alarms. Not having enough security or restrictions when there are kids or young adults are running between 3am and 4am

Very Clean and Modern Hotel. All of the staff are excellent from Receptionist to Room attendants to Breakfast Attendant. Everyone is helpful and really contributed to our excellent stay at this location. We will be returning in the future. A big thanks to Amir, He was always ready with a suggestion for lunch, dinner or entertainment.

The location for our event was perfect!

The room was okay and the staff were really nice. My one issue was the building's design — the AC seems to need to run constantly for fresh air to reach the room. Since the AC was very loud, I ended up turning it off, and then the air felt stale. The breakfast was so so, but no complaints here. I was actually surprised they even provided free breakfast.

NA Unfortunately, my experience was not very satisfactory. The Wi-Fi connection was unreliable, the room had an unpleasant odor, and daily cleaning services were not provided. The elevator was also out of service during my stay, which added to the inconvenience. I hope these issues can be addressed for future guests.

Spent our first night in a room with water leaking out of the ceiling with a huge nasty spot on the bed cover. The toilet seat was broken, and the front door had to be slammed shut in order to seal. Reported to the general manager Chris, that has still not responded back after he said he would in a couple days. Had to pay for parking. We went to breakfast at 9 o’clock, half the food was gone and breakfast was supposed to last till 10 o’clock. They did finally bring more food out about 30 minutes later.

Our room was spotless and very well maintained. The continental breakfast was also excellent, and the breakfast attendant did a fantastic job keeping everything fully stocked while also assisting guests with the appliances when needed. Overall, we were very impressed with the cleanliness, hospitality, and service. I would highly recommend this Hampton Inn property and would gladly stay here again!

The room was clean, breakfast was convenient, and the parking and location made the trip easy and comfortable. Most of the staff we encountered were friendly and welcoming, especially the facilities team, who consistently greeted us and made us feel at home. Their professionalism stood out and contributed positively to our stay. The check‑in experience, however, could be improved. One front desk associate seemed noticeably short with guests, offering minimal eye contact and very brief responses. While she was not directly rude to me, her tone and demeanor toward other customers came across as impatient, which created a less‑than‑ideal first impression. With more attentive and warm customer engagement at check‑in, the overall guest experience could be even stronger.
